First Floor Ocean Village Condo Near BEACH on Hutchinson Island 🌴
We have everything that you will need to make fabulous memories with your family and friends, while having fun in the sun! You just put on your Ocean Village bracelet and you have access to all of the amenities like: a 9-hole executive golf course, 4 heated swimming pools, 7 pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, a new clubhouse, on-site, restaurant/bar, and a new fully loaded gym.
Whether you would like to prepare a meal in our fully equipped kitchen or eat out at the on-site island restaurant, you will not need to leave the premises. Hutchison Island offers fabulous beaches, boating, great waterfront restaurants, and fishing.
This first floor 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is centrally located in Ocean Villas1 with a spectacular golf course view and is only a 4 minute walk to Ocean Village’s private beach. The new Pickleball courts are only a two minute walk away, along with a brand new community center and state of the art gym. Hutchinson Island Bar and Grill and its tiki bar by the tiki pool are located on site and only a 4 minute walk away.
Our recently painted and updated unit has tile throughout, a flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom, a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room, a large patio overlooking the golf course and pond, a new king size bed with comfy mattress topper, a walk-in shower and an extra vanity with sink.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, ice maker and blenders. There is also a linen closet filled with sheets, towels, and blankets, so you won’t need to bring a thing.
We have golf clubs in a cart, a set of silent Pickleball rackets, tennis rackets, and a ping-pong ball set. You will find everything you need for the beach too, with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. You’ll feel right at home with high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, microwave oven/stove, dishwasher, and a blow dryer. You will also feel safe and secure with our 24 hour security gate in our gated community. Come taste a piece of peaceful paradise!

We purchased our unit at Ocean Village as part of our pre-retirement dream and have fallen in love with our weekend getaway! I am a teacher, my husband is a wine consultant, and we love traveling and going on new adventures. We have been renting units across Florida for years, so it is a delight to now be able to both enjoy our place when it is available and share this part of paradise with others!
Why they chose this property
Ocean Village is the best kept secret! It is so quiet and peaceful there, along with just extraordinary nature around you to enjoy. You will be able to park your car and spend your entire time enjoying the amenities without even having to leave. Everything is within walking distance and you have multiple activities to choose from like: tennis, golf, basketball, bocce ball, fishing, and swimming in one of the four pools or on the beach. The restaurant has a fireplace, sports bar, an indoor bar, a tiki bar outside by the pool, and a beautiful patio area overlooking the ocean. They offer happy hour every day of the week with live music on the weekends. Everyone is friendly and it is a fun place to meet other guests and locals. The food is great and it is only a four minute walk back to our unit!
What we especially love about our unit is that you can watch the sunrise come up over the golf course. What we also love is sitting in the little sunroom while the afternoon storms roll in and then grilling outside in the evening and enjoying it at the patio table. They have a green market Saturday mornings on the waterfront, only a few miles away, and a fantastic Publix grocery store on the other side of the bridge. It is fun to visit the jetty and the local restaurants and bars that are only 2 miles from our place.

You can pack up a picnic and enjoy it with your family and friends on the beach. We provide everything in the closet from beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. You are allowed to visit the beach anytime of the day and night, and we leave you a couple of rechargeable lanterns to take with you.
