Queen size bed, washer/dryer, cable, internet. Fully furnished and equipped for vacationers with linens, dishes, all kitchen needs. Walk-in closet. Remodeled including kitchen, bath & walk-in shower. Floors are all tiled.
Local owner. Trucks, except for Dooley‘s, welcome and nearby trailer/boat storage.
Ocean Village offers Par 3 Executive 9 hole golf course, 4 pools, plus hot tub, tiki bar with food service, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, bocce & shuffleboard etc., fitness center, sauna and 3000' of unspoiled beach. Restaurant overlooking ocean on premises. 120 acres to safely walk night or day and enjoy the beautiful tropical flowers and landscaping!

Wonderfully Quiet

I was down for work and the complex was quiet and very convenient. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities but I walked around and there is a lot to do!!

Amazing!

This is absolutely one of the best VRBO‘s I’ve ever stayed at! Shawn is an outstanding host!! She made everything so easy for us from check in to check out! If we had any questions or troubles Shawn got back to us so quickly and was there if we needed her. The place is very clean and nicely remodeled. Perfect for two people! Very spacious and plenty of seating. Great for family and friends to come over and hang out! The resort was wonderful!! Several pools, but the main pool with the tiki bar was our favorite and not to mention right next to the beach which is a great bonus!! Lots of amenities and so happy they had such a nice gym set up! My daughter and I had an amazing time and we’ll definitely be going through Shawn every time we come back to the area. Thank you so much again, Shawn! You and your place are a gem!!!!!

Great condo, fantastic owner, perfect location!

Everything was great during my stay at Ocean Village, Shawn was very diligent and made the entire check-in/out process a bless. The apartment was immaculate, very clean, everything worked just fine. no surprises. I'd definitely come back and stay here.

I followed my father to Florida in 1999 and never left this beautiful island! A snowbird turned Floridian having grown up in Michigan. Most of my family are still putting up with the frozen pipes while I have my windows open to enjoy the warm winter breezes!

I fell in love with this beachy laid back area that has more activities to participate in than you can imagine! Deciding to help others enjoy this paradise I purchased several rental properties and enjoy making new friends with each rental.

Recreational, exercise and art classes available. Competitive teams in many sports as well as bridge. Restaurant on premises. 120 acres to safely walk night or day and enjoy the beautiful tropical flowers and landscaping!
