We stayed at the Beach House for IRONMAN WC. It was perfect for our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids ages 2-9) plus our 4 parents in their sixties. We loved eating dinner outside and running across the street to watch the sunset. We used the pool, ping pong table, and pickle ball court daily. We would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed here for my mom’s 75th birthday with my family (two adults, three kids between 6 and 11 years old), my brother and his spouse, and my mom. This place was perfect for all of our needs with plenty of space, a great kitchen, fantastic pool and games, and a truly unbeatable location. We walked to Magic Sands and Disappearing Sands every day. My mom had an incredible birthday week, and this home was a big reason why. Thank you!

The Beach House was well stocked with all the kitchen items we needed to cook all our meals and even a blender to make blended mocktails and cocktails. The laundry was also stocked with a gentle, eco-friendly laundry soap. There were plenty of beach towels. The storeroom under the house was well stocked with everything you'd want for the beach or the pool including: pool noodles (both for beach - esp. snorkeling beaches- and pool), snorkel gear, boogie boards, umbrellas, a couple of beach mats, Frisbee, a couple of sand buckets, and several pool floats. Ping pong, Pickle Ball, and the well-maintained pool were great diversions when the beaches were closed due to unsafe weather conditions.Jeff responded to communications in a very timely way. And the travel guide that they sent was very helpful. We appreciated being a bit out of town, but still close to a grocery store, close to a beach and a beach park, and especially the ocean view from the 3rd story Lani. A beautiful and comfortable property for an amazing vacation1

The house is a beautiful and clean house. There are so many different amenities to use while staying here. To include a pool, ping pong table and pickle ball court. It is only a couple of minutes walk to a nice beach. The house is central to everything around Kona. The only negative thing about this house is the street noise, but you get used to it quickly..

Wonderful time. Family of 8 stayed here and we had plenty of room. I was surprised how much we used the pool because Magic Sands was rocky. Spent a lot of time on the lanai. Welcome surprise was the large amount of beach toys available for our use.

This was a perfect place for our family of nine - 6 years to 72 yrs. Close to beaches, great views & plenty of space. Great pool & other amenities. It’s on a busy street so at times can be noisy but that was not an issue for us. Owner & management very responsive to any questions or issues. Would stay there again with a large group.
