This space was so clean and bright! We had plenty of space to relax and to spend time together. I love that Host2Coast used environmentally friendly products in the unit. The Treetops/Ocean Breeze villas are in a great location too--close to the beach, Coligny, and Sea Pines, as well as a short drive to many other things on the island. We especially loved that this unit was dog friendly so we could bring our furry friend along!

Nice condo

Property is as advertised. Plenty of space, all necessary appliances, tvs in each bedroom all made this a great place for 4 adults and 3 dogs. Would rent here again!

Great time!

We had a wonderful time staying at this location! The townhouse was clean, well stocked with not just kitchen supplies but cleaning as well. It was six adults and one dog and everything went so seamless! We are walking distance from town and the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in HHI

Very clean and centrally located property. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. We had a great stay and hope to be back again next year! If I could add any feedback, I wish there was a wagon and beach chairs with the property for guests to use. The included beach towels were great!

Great little place

We had three generations staying at the location. It was within walking distance to the beach and for most of the walk it is covered. It was really clean and the management team were very attentative. Thanks for the fun time.

Great townhouse

Our family of four plus a dog stayed over the Christmas week in this lovely townhouse. The unit was very well equipped - especially the kitchen! Everything we could want was there - and more. The location was great - a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer walk to Coligny Plaza. My only negative was that although it was booked through VRBO - the check in instructions were given through the property management company portal - which wasn't immediately clear. We would stay here again!

Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay as a family ! We rented bikes the first day and the location was so great! It was a quick 5 minute bike ride to the beach and a 10 minute bike ride to downtown shops and food spots. We also loved that part of our fees goes back into the community! The only suggestion I would make is adding one more comfy chair to the tv area would be great . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay . We will be back!

Thanksgiving at HHI 2023

Very impressed overall with how everything went this Thanksgiving at HHI. No problems whatsoever, every detail about the rental was covered and organized exceptionally well. The kitchen was nicely stocked and organized for our initial arrival and stay. Host to Coast did a remarkable job at making this HHI visit the most enjoyable and easiest one we have ever had.

Had a Great Stay!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and very clean! It fit our family of 5 perfectly! Our favorite part was the proximity to the pool and bike paths! Our least favorite part was the tight parking lot since we have a bigger truck but it was manageable. The management company, Host 2 Coast, was amazing! Having stayed with Vacasa in the past i now know i much prefer host2coast! Easy communication with them and they went above and beyond several times for us!

Unit had everything we needed and more..

Our stay enjoyable. Attention to detail much appreciated .. Only one thing I would suggest … we got in late … it was dark. Very difficult to see unit numbers . Maybe even leaving porch light on wouid be helpful..

Ocean Breeze was a wonderful 2 week stay.

My friend and I came down for a conference that lasted 8 days. We had a wonderful time due to #78 Ocean Breeze. First time ever to stay at a place that thought of everything. More than enough hangers, towels, soaps for bath and Kitchen and a fully equipped kitchen. There was even a flashlight to walk my little Pomeranian at night. The walk to the beach was good exercise for both of us. The place was exceptionally clean. We absolutely loved the stay. The convention center was at the other end of the island but the traffic was no problem. They have plenty of great things to do and see. We enjoyed the dolphin cruse and the waterfront is a must see while you are there. Host to Coast was wonderful.

Family Time

The villa was close to Coligny Plaza and the beach and restaurants. But the Owner may want to think about some upgrades. Not enough seating for 5 adults, dishwasher was rusted out, downstairs bathroom floor was ready to fall in (possible lawsuit), mattresses need to be replaced as well (lumpy). Closets were full of cleaning equipment and pictures (couldn’t hang clothes).

Enjoyed our 2-month winter stay here very much. It was nice having plenty of space and we love the location. Only about 15-min walk to the beach. The kitchen is very nice. Lots of cabinets, counter space and dishes, etc. Only major complaint is living room furniture needs to be replaced. Very low to the ground and uncomfortable. Would also be nice if there was a king bed in the primary bdrm. Very nice washer but old dryer that takes a LONG time to dry clothes.

Quick Weekend

We had a fantasitic experience with Host2Coast rentals through VRBO. They were quick to let us know when our condo was available and checked on us right away to make sure we were in the condo and had everything we needed. The condo was not far from the beach if you drive or bicycle, but a bit much to try to walk. We had teens so we didn't have much "stuff" to carry, but we still drove to the public access. We have been coming to HHI for 13+ years and had another great experience. Host2coast was by far the easiest to work with and contact especially once on property.
