New home built in 2018 ready to accommodate any family or group traveling to Colorado Springs! This fantastic home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study and 2 car garage! The home sleeps 10 people comfortably and all 4 bedrooms have walk in closets! *NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES*
Home comes stocked with INCREDIBLE accommodations to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. This fully furnished home includes cable, WiFi, memory foam mattresses, pantry supplies, coffee, pots and pans, snacks, bottled water and much more! We furnished this home to provide everything a traveling business person or group, vacationers or families would need to truly be a Home Away From Home! Less then 20 minutes to the interstate and within 5 minutes of dining and entertainment.
This home is designed to specifically accommodate guests. The home comes fully furnished and has everything you should need.
Every bedroom contains a memory foam mattress and walk in closet. There is a baby gate, baby monitor and pack and play available as well. We furnish the bathrooms with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper as we don't want you to have to worry about the essentials! There is a hair dryer available in the master bathroom.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a brand new washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent, bleach, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a side by side refrigerator/freezer combo with ice machine, oven with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher (detergent included), plates, dishes, silverware, glassware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, toaster, Tupperware, coffee maker (coffee, creamer and sugar provided), spices, condiments, cooking oils, and select sauces! We even have children's plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and a high chair to accommodate our little Guests!
The living room has a 65" LED Smart TV that includes over 140 channels! The TV also offers Netflix, Hulu, Prime video etc with the push of a button for those with a subscription to these platforms. The master bedroom has a 42" LCD TV with over 140 channels as well! The entire home has blazing fast internet speeds of up to 150 Mbps download speed; perfect for streaming videos and games or just browsing the web!
The huge back patio includes exterior seating as well as a BBQ grill with propane and grilling tools provided. Designed to enjoy the outdoors as Colorado Springs has more than 300 sunny days a year!
There is a surveillance system on the property. There are 3 outdoor cameras which are viewable on the TV in the kitchen. There is also a Ring doorbell on the front door.
This home has everything you should need and then some! The only thing that is missing, is YOU!
The entire home is yours and check in is a breeze as every reservation gets their own access code to the smart lock on the front door. The 2 car garage is available for your use as well!
Overall the neighborhood is extremely quiet and family friendly! Home is within walking distance of a park and only minutes from restaurants, movie theaters and shopping.

We are both Colorado natives and love everything that this beautiful state has to offer. Stefan works in the restaurant industry and Devin sells real estate for Exit Realty. We have 3 beautiful children, one girl and two boys. Our little girl was born in 2009 and our little boys were born in March 2018 and April 2021. We try to soak up all the beautiful seasons Colorado provides us with our children (sometimes all in the same day!). We love spending time outside as much as possible no matter the season. We also have a love of travel. We've been lucky enough to visit many amazing places and our desire to own a VRBO was born from it. We felt that there was no better way to share our love of travel than to have a place people can travel to! Being in customer service industries we also pride ourselves on taking care of our guests and can't wait to have YOU stay with us!
Why they chose this property
We live in the neighborhood and absolutely love it! We are only minutes from some great nature walks/parks. Only 20 minutes from the interstate. Surrounded by great food and entertainment. The home itself we felt was the perfect layout for any size group. If you're traveling alone or with many the home has enough space for everyone to be comfortable but cozy enough to feel together.

What makes this property unique
Very open and inviting floor plan. The kitchen, dining, and family room are all joined into one open concept living area. The kitchen has ample space to cook and hang out. Featuring a large kitchen island with eat in seating you can spend time with your friends or family while enjoying a home cooked meal while away from your own home! We also wanted to make sure that any size group had space to eat together so we picked the largest table we could that comfortably fits into the space.
We also wanted to make sure we provided a place to sleep for anyone who might struggle climbing stairs. This home offered a study that we placed a pull out bed in. It features a memory foam mattress to make it as comfortable as a pull out bed can be.
Additionally chose this home to make "living" away from home easy. 4 bedrooms are located upstairs and have two large bathrooms on the same level. Also featuring the laundry room next to all the bedrooms. No need to bring your own detergent either! We provide detergent, bleach and fabric softener to make your travel needs easier.
