This unique modern home is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is perched above downtown Manitou Springs with partial views of Pikes Peak and a short walk to the heart of downtown Manitou Springs.

The home features an addition completed in 2007 by Elizabeth Wright-Ingrahm, grand-daughter of Frank Lloyd Wright, with a picture window concept, a three story glass window with a passive solar design concept. This architectural wonder is a jewel in the heart of beautiful Manitou Springs.

The view and location were great. The host was very communicative with any questions I asked. The only thing that wasn’t a 10/10 was the tiny showers in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. It’s definitely not something that would keep us from renting this place again.

We loved our stay! It was a gorgeous view of Manitou Springs and the mountains. While it felt like a little oasis, we appreciated the easy walk to downtown Manitou Springs. There was plenty of space for our group, and we each had our own personal space. Communication with the host was excellent and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

A spectacular view and architecture! plenty of space to spread out. Surrounded by nature yet only blocks away from the center of town. We absolutely loved this place.

I cannot begin to describe how breathtaking the mountain view from this property is and how wonderful the house itself is. A short walk down to a Hallmark movie like town. Just book it and get it over with.

This house is so unique - we loved it! The windows, the landscape, the wildlife - just beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us, we hiked at Garden of the Gods, and Red Rock Open Space. We loved the downtown area right by the house for dinners and ice cream. Overall just a great experience for my family. Thank you!

Really stunning property. The upper and lower bedroom/bathroom layout is interesting, as there are very few doors. Worked out fine for girls getaway, but only because we all woke up at the same time. But the views are breathtaking and the proximity to town is very convenient (albeit a steep walk home.) Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful experience! This was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in on VRBO. It was spacious, well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teens. The views are absolutely stunning and it was very relaxing the sit on the patio at night and see the town below. The host was wonderful and communicated extremely well. The property is definitely walkable to downtown but be prepared for some steeper slopes on your way back up to the house. We would definitely stay again!
