3. Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Quiet hours: 9pm – 7am
No Party Allowed, especially in the evening.
4. Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
Designated outdoor smoking areas (if applicable).
5. Pets
Allowed, pets must be approved in advance and follow specific guidelines.
6. Cleanliness & Trash
Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
7. Kitchen Use
Clean up after cooking and return items to their place.
Do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests.
8. Appliance & Utility Usage
Turn off lights, appliances, and the thermostat when leaving the property.
No excessive water or energy usage.
9. Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Report any damage or issues immediately.
10. Damage & Liability
The damage protection insurance is highly encouraged.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
