This is a great house for family together and enjoy being together. The location of the pool table is ideal and my kids played pool every day multiple times. I would definitely rent this again.

The host was exceptionally welcoming, communicated with us before, during, and after our stay because of the inclement weather. The house was lovely, had a kitchen stocked with every tool and utensil imaginable, besides the pool and foosball tables, there were lots of games to keep everyone entertained. Such a great place to stay!

Iconcery weekend

It's not the Ritz Carlton but it's clean and very close to the woodlands. A bit eclectic but good for a small group.

Comfortable and well located

This property is very roomy, and comfortable if you have a large group. Plenty of conversation and game play areas. The exterior garden needs some work due to recent freeze, but the inside was very clean and organized.

Great stay at super fun house!

Everything about renting this place was easy. The host quickly answered my initial questions the week before arrival, and also contacted me a day or two before check-in regarding the winter storm that was forecast during our stay, offering to allow us to reschedule. Since we needed to be in town during that time, we kept our reservation and were so appreciative to find emergency lanterns, candles, and firewood waiting for us in case of a power outage. So thoughtful!Happily, no power outage occurred and we were able to fully enjoy the well appointed kitchen, pool table, foosball table, darts, and several of the board games. This is a great house for a family gathering. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are fine, and there are seating areas that will accommodate a large group as well as areas better suited for quiet activities. The next time we need a place to stay in the Woodlands area, this is definitely at the top of our list!

Perfect place!

This was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday with he and his buddies. The kitchen and pantry were fully stocked, there were so many games and spaces to hang out and plenty of sleeping space. The owner was so kind in checking on us. We would absolutely go back and take extended family for a holiday gathering.

Stacy

My family and I had a wonderful time at the home. It is a very unique home in which it was built. Very spacious and well equipped! The Owner provided a lot of items which made it more “homey”! A lot of space for our entire family!! I would definitely recommend this home and rent it again. The only con was a little issue with the showers but we did notify the Owner so they can take care of the issue. Very responsive as well.

Fun and Unique House

we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely rent this house again. It’s huge with lots of space. And fully stocked with everything you could need. My kids especially loved the pool table. my only complaint and it’s very minor is that the house is incredibly dark. I felt like I was constantly walking around turning on lights, but not a big deal at all. definitely a 5 star review!

Weekend Stay

The house was clean and the kids enjoyed it. I will say it’s a bit quirky and very dated. The last night our AC did not cool properly and that was a bit unpleasant. The bunk room was very warm for the kids and they did not sleep well.
Response from VrboOwner on 22 May 2025
Hi Jill, thank you for your feedback and for noting the cleanliness of the home and that the kids had a good time overall. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the A/C during your final night. We followed up with the owner, who would like to share the following: - The A/C concern has been noted and is being addressed promptly to ensure proper cooling throughout the home, especially in the bunk room. - While the home has some unique and older features, the owner is continuing to make updates to improve guest comfort. We appreciate your comments and the opportunity to make improvements for future stays.
