Luxury Living away from home at Benji's Place in The Woodlands, Texas. You are surrounded by many amenities including Upscale Restaurants and Eateries, Popular Entertainment and Worlds Class Shopping.  



Benji's Place was designed to exude a luxury stay. The entire Villa has stone from Turkey everywhere including its patio and balcony. The private gates give you security and the premises are fully gated to allow for your furry family. 



If you feel like staying in, use our professional Thermador, Sub Zero and Wolf kitchen to cook yourself a wonderful meal or bring in our Chef services. We also have bar tender services available. 



Want to entertain, with two large kitchens you can host events and enjoy two spacious areas where cook and entertain.  Our 2nd floor GE Cafe kitchen has 600 square feet of caufford ceiling space that leads to the balcony through the French doors. Each kitchen has its own 80lb ice maker and wine refrigeration.



A perfect cup of coffee every time with our Meili built in coffee maker that will make you a bitter free cup of freshly ground coffee each time. 



Your home away from home in The Woodlands sleeps 8 comfortably. This superb Villa offers a pleasant atmosphere for guests, featuring 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms with each having a private bathroom and a welcoming living room with a cozy sofa bed for extra sleeping space along with a spare bathroom. The property includes 4.5 bathrooms with convenient amenities like a hair dryers at every bathroom sink, toiletries and a whirlpool for two with a hot towel spa warmer to relax including a built-in GE beverage refrigerator in each bedroom. All the sinks, showers, faucets and whirlpool are Kohler made representing a high quality experience. All four bathrooms have a rain head and hand body spray and the bedroom private showers have their own body sprays. Every Mattress is the top-of-the-line Stearns & Foster for a peaceful rest.



The Master Bath has two sinks, its own washer and dryer and a luxury steam shower. The second floor has its own identical washer and dryer and every bedroom has its own spare luxury sheets and extra luxury large towels. 



The garage has two 240 EV charging receptacles.



When Houston has lasting power outages you will be safe and secure with our 48kW Kohler, 400 AMP generator to ensure you always have power.

Benji's Place -- 1st Time Rental

Lovely property with lots of amenities & close to shopping & great restaurants! Owner said there were still some things left to do. He responded quickly when we contacted him.

Sterling Crest is located in a gated community with very few homes. Our location is less than 3 miles from downtown The Woodlands where luxury shopping and quality eateries are found. You are surrounded with walking paths and tournament golf courses. Our location is less than a mile from I-45 which can take you to downtown Houston in about 30 minutes.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because we custom built this with a traveler who wants to experience a luxurious stay from enjoying their own private bedroom and bathroom to cooking like the pros. This 3,000 square foot home is completely covered with Turkish travertine stone floors keeping the home cool. The Stearns and Foster mattresses will make your sleep enjoyable and the appliances, such as the built-in Meili coffee maker, will give you one of the best coffees you ever had. We spared no expense to make your stay wonderful.
