The good stuff first, check-in was easy and smooth. The house is spacious with great access to the beach, good view of ocean and 2 outside decks for catching sun or just watching the waves. Two of the 3 baths were very nice with modern upgrades.Now for the not so good, the beds were terrible, small and soft mattresses with terrible foam pillows. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms had double or queens sized beds, the other 2 had twin beds and bunk beds with a futon, not at all kosher with 3 adult couples. The kitchen ware was missing lids for pots and pans which made cooking difficult for some things. The kitchen area needs a serious deep cleaning, inside drawers and cabinets, it was not top shape clean. The A/C vents have visible mold growing on nearly all fixtures that needed cleaning. There were 2 outdoor grills, one needs to be discarded, the other was also in bad shape, but useable with some cleaning. Overall we had a nice stay, but for the price we'd probably opt for a different property next time.
