This large, 2,100 sf home is unique because it’s all on 1 level. And it’s located on a large lot (1/3rd acre), so there is lots of room for the kids to play outside while you enjoy privacy, space, & unobstructed Gulf of America views.

The massive decks, which extend all around this house, are huge: over 1,300 sf of total deck area (with plenty of shaded areas) - so all can enjoy. The main level, rear deck is very spacious: over 50 ft long & 12 ft deep. That’s 600 sq ft! And there’s plenty of shade. Also it couldn’t be any closer to the soothing Gulf waters. Plus there's a large upper "Captain's Deck" above the home with incredible, unobstructed ocean views.

Sleeps 14 (3 kings, 2 Fulls & 6 Twin beds). There are 5 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are very large.

All beds are have newer, high quality mattresses.

The home’s interior has been fully remodeled. The decks & ungraded hurricane windows were upgraded as well.

There are 2 separate Air Conditioning systems. One new as of April 2025 and the other Jan 2023.

Downstairs, additional outdoor hot & cold shower and stall for rinsing after returning from the beach.

Well-equipped kitchen.

We supply beach towels as well as towels for showering. And we typically have a couple of Boogy-Boards and 4 beach chairs available. Plastic toys for the little ones are almost always available.

There's a BBQ grill for outdoor grilling (bring your own charcoal). Please discard your unused charcoals in the trash once they cool so that the grill is ready for the next guests. And pls don't throw your used charcoals in the yard (yup, more than 1 guest has done that).

Also, you do not need a golf cart as you are literally only about 20 steps to the beach.

In addition, Jamaica Beach Police frequently patrol the beach, so the beach area is always family-friendly and fun.

The owners have made numerous improvements, including premium vinyl plank flooring; new decks and handrailings; new fascia and soffits; new hurricane windows; new tankless hot water system; new solid core, 5 panel doors; new paint in & out; new textured granite (with a gorgeous peninsula slab); new big screen HD TV (with premium cable/Netflix/Amazon/Xbox One S w/ plenty of games for the kids and teens); Televisions in all 5 bedrooms; imported teak dining table & teak chairs; new lighting; new linens and towels; all premium bedding; fully stocked kitchen; and more.

High speed WiFi /Internet.

Small pets are welcome (under 30 lbs) with an additional, nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet. No large pets please.

Please Note: that we do NOT rent to prom or wedding groups as the property is not designed for such large groups.
