Tasteful 2 bedroom apartment in a small residence with pool
The small residence "Eden Rock" is located about 2 km above the lake in a quiet view of Lake Maggiore. The center of Cannobio with the wonderful old town, the free public beach (one of the most beautiful and widest on Lake Maggiore) and the lakeside promenade with the passenger ferry are about 5 km away. Cannobio can also be reached via a footpath in about 20 to 30 minutes or even in summer by bus, which then runs 2 to 3 times a day. In about 10 minutes you are on foot in S. Agata, where there is a good restaurant. Wonderful walking and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. In total, the beautiful residence consists of 7 apartments and a pool. The pool is open from approx. Beginning / middle of May to approx. Middle / end of September. You can park your car within the enclosed property. Pets are not allowed. 2-room corner apartment No. 1 A with approx. 50 m² living space, up to 3 persons: living / dining room with pull-out sofa bed (mattress size 1.10 mx 1.65 m) and satellite TV Well equipped kitchenette Bedroom with double bed (single Mattresses) Friendly bathroom with shower, bidet and window Storeroom Approx. 25 m² large covered balcony or Terrace with a splendid view of the lake and the islands of Brissago
