The detached single-family house "Casa Elena" is located in a quiet and sunny position about 1.5 km from the beach and the lakeside promenade with inviting shops, restaurants and cafes. In the Mediterranean garden you will find rhododendrons, roses, azaleas, camellias, oleanders, magnolias as well as apple, plum and maple trees. Breathtaking views of the lake, the surrounding mountains and the Sugar Loaf Mountain of Caldé. There is a free WLAN Internet access available for navigating the Internet. The house has a large garage. Ein schönes, gepflegtes Haus in bester Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Bei Fragen an den Vermieter kam sofort engagierte und freundliche Unterstützung. Der Wintergarten ist wie ein Wohnzimmer mit Aussicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wirklich einziges Manko war der mangelnde Liegekomfort im Zimmer mit Ausziehbett.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir waren eine Woche im Casa Elena und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Und der Garten ist toll, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Hier konnte auch unser Hund frei laufen und den Urlaub genießen. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Mat bereits erwartet. Er ist sehr freundlich und überaus zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöner Ausblick reicht nicht

Sehr unsaubere Objekt, im Schlafzimmer Spinnweben, Insekten, gekuttes Bett und schmutzig, Nachtischlampe defekt. Die Küche knapp ausgestattet und teilweise Geschirr dreckig. Im Wohnzimmer die Ledercouch vom Vormieter noch mit Schokolade beschmiert, Staub. Das Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche sehr klein und fängt an zu rosten. Handtücher bestellt aber es lagen keine vor Ort. Im September noch keine Heizung (Zusatzkosten), Haus war nasskalt, da die Sonne die Räume nicht aufwärmen. Der Kamin ist stillgelegt, darf nicht mehr befeuert werden, er wird aber noch beworben.

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden bei unserem Aufenthalt in Casa Elena. Schönes Haus mit viel Platz und eine herrliche Sicht auf den See. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub braucht. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder
