This is a spacious first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has been recently renovated and is in a safe convenient location. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second room offers two twin beds. Keyless entry.

One assigned parking space.
Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises.
A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning.
10p quiet time inside/outside.
No pets, commercial vehicles, parties, visitors or “gatherings” allowed.
The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

What an amazing condo! Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean in a quiet neighborhood. Great access to Charleston and Summerville, groceries, and restaurants. It’s a very nice neighborhood and it just so happened to be a mile from where I needed to be to see my daughter who just moved there. The beach is 30 minutes away, but a super easy drive. So clean and very comfortable!
