Mid-Century Spanish home on one of Montecito's very best streets.

Renowned architects Rex Lottery and Daniel Lieberman designed main house and guest house respectively. Further renovations this year for additional enhancements.

Gorgeous woodlands and gardens. Incredible light throughout home with floor to ceiling windows, and sweeping views of oak grove, olive trees, gardens and courtyard.

Neighborhood even more desirable during summer months; very quiet while busier near town and coast. Best hiking trails in SB three minutes away. Upper village, beaches and San Ysidro Ranch less than 5 minutes away.

Included in our most recent renovation: outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, large redwood hot tub, set into hillside off the master bedroom bathroom. Chlorine-alternative water treatment, all natural, and always 104º. Great way to start the morning or end the day under the stars.

Available Jun to mid-Aug each year. 42 day minimum but reach out for possible exceptions. 15% discount if 8 week rental.
