Family Home in The Greens Golf Course Community
My home is in a quiet, family-friendly golf course/casual country club community. It is located in NW Oklahoma City near Mercy Hospital with easy access to 2 major highways. It’s also near Lake Hefner which offers lakeside restaurants, bike/walking trails, fishing, and sailing.
The space
This is an entire home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There’s a guest house that we rent out as well. The backyard is separated with a fence (and the larger section of the backyard with the treehouse will be for your private use). The house is very spacious and sleeps up to 8!
Guest access
There is a automatic key pad on the front door with a code to let yourself in.
Other things to note
I also rent the guest house in the back yard and the two houses are completely separated by a fence. Please keep the side driveway by the large gate open for access for the back house guests.
Other house rules to note:
The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit:
- No parties.
- There are 2 parking spots available for your use. You may park in the circle drive. Please do not park in the street.
- Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from dusk until dawn. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you!
- No smoking indoors. Please smoke in the backyard and discard cigarette butts.
- No additional guests unless requested by guest and permitted by host.
- We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. Should you choose to bring pets, we appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. There is also an additional fee for pets. There is a fully fenced-in yard for your dogs. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please be aware that the back house tenants may also have a dog (although there is a metal fence that separates the 2 backyard areas). Please don't leave dogs unattended in the backyard and clean up after them.
- Use coasters on wood surfaces.
- Checkout is 11. Before checking out, please wash all used dishes and place the trash can outside by the door.
- Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it.
