Stunning location on beautiful Sapphire Beach

We upgraded the air-conditioning system, in the condo, several years ago and at the urging of the local electric utility have been using a smart thermostat ever since. When we upgraded the air-conditioning system we over sized the compressor by 50%. We replaced a two ton comptessor with a three ton compressor. We did this in order to reduce the time needed to recovery from a higher Eco temperature setting back to the original temperature setting. The National Eco temperature setting recommendation is between 76 and 90 degrees. Ours is set to the minimum 76 degrees which is only 4 degrees warmer then the lower end of the National everyday temperature setting recommendation. Actually our Eco temperature setting of 76 degrees is within the National everyday setting recomendation of between 72 and 78 degrees. The oversized air-conditioning system in our condo is generally able to return the temperature, to whatever was set before the Eco function was activated, in less then 30 minutes. I am sorry that you found this unsatisfactory even after I explained it to you. We have been using the smart thermostat for over 5 years and yours is our first complaint.

I could not agree more that our beach at Crystal Cove is “one of the best beaches in the world” and that our condo is perfectly located. I apologize if you found some items not as they should be upon your arrival. We strive very hard to make sure everything is just right for our guests but can't fix what we do not know about. This is the reason I request, in my welcoming email, that you “contact me immediately if something is not as it should be”. You arrived on Monday March 22 but did not report a problem until late afternoon on Tuesday March 30, 2021. Because of the late notice I was unable the address your problems until the next day but as you acknowledged in your email, to me, the maintenance people did a good job fixing the door and cleaning up the broken glass. I am sorry you had to live with broken glass for over a week but as I said I can not fix what I do not know about. Next time please report any problems ASAP. I am sorry that you were not happy with our stove and refrigerator. I am not sure what you were expecting but I do know that you found both the stove and the refrigerator to be clean and in perfect working order. Unfortunately, the salt air environment in the islands necessitates that appliance or anything for that matter be constant cleaned by scrubbing with harsh chemicals that adversely effects the finish. Sorry about the pool closing. Apparent it was closed for an emergency repair Because the closing was not scheduled. I was not told of the closing until the day before you arrived.

Thank you very much for your kind words. We agree Sapphire Beach is Paradise. We like to think of it as our little piece of paradisewe. We are happy to share our piece of paradise with our guests because we know how much it means to them when they are looking for a winter getaway. My favorite experiences snorkeling along Sapphire beach's reef is seeing turtles and Eagle Rays. There is somthing special about floating along watching the turtles in their natural enviorment and occasionally seeing a Eagle Ray fly.
