BOULDER LAKE CLUB & SWIMMING POOL ACCESS

• Included with your summer stay are 24 pre-paid passes to access the amenities at Boulder Lake Club! More passes can be purchased at the club if needed.
• The Lake Club and activities are open, weather permitting, from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and then weekends only through mid September.
• Boulder Lake Club is a private club located 1 mile from our home.
• Please note that the provided complimentary passes are for our guests' use during their stay and that there will be no refunds or compensation, of any kind, if any amenities are unavailable or if the lake club is closed for any reason.

BOULDER LAKE CLUB AMENITIES:
• Private beach with lounge chairs for sunbathing
• Restaurant on the lake w/outdoor seating & live music
• Heated pool with a separate kiddie pool for the little ones
• Sport courts to play tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, corn hole, bocce ball, ping pong
• Water toys, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, row boats, electric motor boats, paddle boards, a sail boat and a Pontoon boat are available for rent at an additional fee (please see website for pricing). Reservations are recommended for boat rentals.
• Fishing is permitted at Boulder Lake Club from personal or rental boats only. Boulder Lake is a Catch and Release lake. Common fish are large and small mouth bass, striped bass, rock bass, blue gill sunfish, lake trout, yellow perch catfish and black crappie. Fishing license required for anyone 16 and older and is to be displayed on hat or outer garment.
• Please search for "boulder lake club, lake harmony" to see the club site with more information about all the available club amenities.

GUEST ACCESS
• Self check-in with a unique to you key code for the duration of your stay
• Guest has access to the entirety of both houses except for locked owner supply areas

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• VRBO Description is incorrect, this is NOT lakefront.
• These are 2 separate side by side units, each 3,000 square feet.
• You will access the homes through 2 separate front doors.
• The 2 homes are NOT connected on the inside of the units.
• You will use the outside front or back doors to go between them.
• The front doors to our homes are up a small flight of stairs (3-4 steps).
• The hot tubs are not fenced in and are visible to neighboring homes.
• Fire-pits/open flames/fireworks of any kind are forbidden in our community.
• Homes are in the woods and there will be animals & insects, such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and lady bugs.
• We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that insects will not be in or around our homes.
• Communal Pool & Lake Club Access is from Memorial Day through the end of September only.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• Maximum occupancy is 24 guests (including infants & children).
• Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Booking Guest agrees to return a Signed Electronic Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking. This is to ensure that Guest is able to cancel the booking, penalty free, if after reviewing the rental agreement our home does not seem to be a good fit for their group. Please note, you will need the full names & the date of birth (or age) of each person in your rental group and a copy of your government issued ID to complete the Rental Agreement. Booking will be cancelled by host if Signed Electronic Rental Agreement is not received within 48 hours of booking.

GUYS/GIRLS WEEKENDS
• EVERY guest in an all adults group must be at least 25 years old & booking guest can not have negative reviews from past stays. Maximum occupancy for all adult groups is 20.
• PLEASE keep in mind that there is parking for a MAXIMUM of 10 cars. Please do not book if your group requires more parking spaces.

Amazing and Spacious!

We stayed for a long weekend with 16 adults and one toddler and there was still plenty of space to spare! Renting the whole duplex, we had plenty of room for everyone to do whatever they were in the mood for. The hot tubs were amazing (life goals!). Debbie and Jared were very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. When I say this place is well-stocked, I'm not kidding! From check-in snacks, to seasonings, to toiletries, we wanted for nothing! As a long-time visitor to the Lake Harmony area, I'm so glad I finally got to stay in the Big Boulder community! We will definitely be returning!

AMAZING HOMES!

Our families rented both sides of the home to celebrate our Mom's 80th birthday. Collectively we have stayed in many rental homes over the years, and hands down these homes were the best. The owners have thought of every detail to make the stay so welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful and clean furnishings can be found throughout the homes. The coffee bar and the game rooms were a huge hit, even with my 81 year dad. If you have small children the outside really does not have a playable space, however, the common pool and lake area more than made up for it. We will definitely be back!

I booked this place for an annual family reunion. We had ranges in age from 11 months to 70 years old. Everyone was comfortable and happy the whole time. The place is perfectly decorated with amenity after amenity. If you can think of it, this house has it. Though it is perfectly equipped and furnished, the house is still spacious and minimalist which we all loved. Nothing felt cramped. The towels, linens, paper products, soaps and shampoos were all amazing and plentiful. The other is great to communicate with too and was extremely responsive and friendly. The lake club was absolutely perfect for our group. It has lake access, pools, and lawn games/ other sports. Such a fun spot each day to visit. We will absolutely rent again.

Spacious, Fun, and Well-maintained

1) Of all the rental properties I’ve ever stayed in, Debbie and Jared’s is the most organized and well-run. There is literally an instruction manual for everything, from the Roku to the hot tubs. And there is an online guide that has answers to every question you could ask. When we did need to get in contact they were very responsive. It was a seamless rental experience. 2) The house is stocked with just about everything you could need - laundry supplies, cooking supplies (including full spice rack), beach towels, etc. 3) Great for large groups. We had 22 people across the two houses during our peak night, and amazingly it did not feel over-crowded. Plenty of bathrooms as well. 4) So fun! Hot tub, pool table, ping pong, TVs everywhere, board games, you name it! 5) The surrounding area is also very fun. We made use of the Boulder Lake Club which I highly recommend. Plenty of other activities in a short drive, including ropes course, paint ball, wineries and breweries.
