The cabin was very conveniently located to visit attractions in the area, such as shopping outlets, Hickory Run State Park, and Jim Thorpe. There are plenty of beds for guests, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We wish that the kitchen was better stocked with flat bottom pans that worked on the glass top stove, and enough coffee mugs to accommodate more people. A few extra blankets would also have been nice, as some of our party got cold. The basement rooms had a bit of a musty odor, and the video game system was frustratingly worn out and difficult to play well. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but don’t show up expecting a luxurious experience.
