This large 2 bedroom 98 m apartment is ideally located 100 m from the sublime beach of Punta Popy and a few path away from numerous bars and restaurants.
One of the highlights is the lounge on the large covered terrace overlooking a tropical garden and a beautiful swimming pool.
The space
The flat is located in a quiet residence with 24 hour security. Each of the 2 bedrooms have a Queen size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, safety box, ample storage and a private bathroom with hot water. It is possible to add an extra mattress if necessary for a 5th person. The kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge, mini oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine...) You can watch your favorite Netflix and Youtube shows on a plasma screen TV on from a very comfortable reclining sofa. Free Wifi available. You can have your meals in the dining room or outside, on the large covered terrace that overlooks the swimming pool.

You'll find a private secured covered parking at the residence for your car. There is moto taxi service all around the area.

After travelling in a large part of Dominican Republic, I found in love with the way of life in Las Terrenas and I decided to settle here!
What makes this property unique
Las terrenas count on the most beautiful beaches in Dominican Republic few minutes away from the property; You will also find many good restaurant with local and dominican food; A tremendous nighlife to party and dance and many quiet and peacefull place to watch amazing sunsets; Las terrenas is also surrounding by little hills, with a luxuriant nature which contain a diverse array of vegetation and other life; Every year, from mid-January to mid-March, we got the majestic humpback whales visiting us in the Samana Bay. humpback whales flock to the warm waters of the Caribbean to give birth and teach their babies how to swim and jump. Watching them play in the water, seeing their young babies, is a unique sight!
