The Residencial is beautiful and the location is amazing and easy to find. The apartment is beautiful and very well maintained. Beautiful view from the apartment and the views of the ocean. I wish we could have stayed there longer.Next time.

The apartment was nicely decorated and smelled great when we arrived. The location felt safe and was very convenient. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and private Jacuzzi, even though the water was slightly cold. The spacious patio with beautiful views was definitely the highlight of the stay.There is no elevator, but the ramp made access to the parking area easy. Power outages are common in the area, but the backup generator switched on within 2–3 seconds, which made everything feel seamless. The host was very responsive and promptly arranged delivery of missing essentials like hand soap and shower gel the next day.One thing to note is that hot water was available for only a couple of minutes at a time, likely due to the electric heater. There was also no microwave, and some utensils showed wear, but overall the apartment was comfortable and well maintained.

Nestled between lush tropical landscapes and the sparkling turquoise waters of the bay, it truly felt like a hidden gem in the Dominican Republic. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and refreshing welcome drinks, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with local touches that gave it an authentic Caribbean feel. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding palm trees—perfect for watching sunrises with a fresh cup of Dominican coffee. The food was another highlight. Each meal was a delicious blend of local flavors and international cuisine, and the beachfront restaurant provided a magical dining experience every evening. Whether we were enjoying fresh seafood or tropical fruit, everything was prepared with care and creativity. The hotel also arranged several excursions, including a boat tour to Cayo Levantado and a hike to El Limón Waterfall—both were absolutely worth it. The concierge was helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about sharing the beauty of Samaná with visitors. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff’s dedication to service. Everyone—from housekeeping to the front desk—went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for.
