CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Perfect location! Nice accommodations. The elevator issue was very inconvenient. Walking up 14 flights of stairs. Two different times. Very unsafe for people that can't do steps. Only having one elevator for that size building. The working elevator quit working multiple times. Unfortunate situation. We were warned that there would be only one elevator to use.

We stayed in this condo, looking for a warm getaway from Minnesota. We were very happy with everything about this condo, building amenities and beach!. Check in / checkout was very easy and everything was as described. We had a blast and are already planning another time to visit!

Over all stay was good. Nice condo great location! Kitchen well stocked (no storage containers with tops). My only complaint would be the 3rd bedroom with the bunkbeds was extremely small. No closet, room for a small suitcase or duffle bag. Very little room to move around.

Detour to the sea

My husband a d I decide to take a "short" detour on our way home. As my husband was driving, I was scrolling for Gulf Shores availability. Vurbo showed Seawind 1401! Looking at the pictures and location, we decided it was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The best balcony to "live" and enjoy the ocean view. I would recomend the beautiful condo!

This condo was very nice. Property manager was very communicative and made everything really easy. Location is convenient to all the shops. The only negative was it is right beside sea n suds and you hear the music and them calling parties for a table all day.

Summer Vacation

The condo is in a great location and right off the beach. The balcony has an incredible view of the gulf. The only thing that to consider is the bedroom with bunk beds is very small. This wasn't an issue for our small children, but may not be the best if you have teenagers.

Great Condo-perfect location

Everything was nicely furnished and clean. Great views, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of sand toys, chairs, lovely patio furniture, etc. just a few minor problems. Master bedroom shower was hard to regulate the temperature. Kitchen sink faucet was wobbly and the TV’s were hard to operate (too many remotes!), but nothing that would make me not want to stay there again. We had an awesome vacation!

Great weekend Getaway.

Love staying in this condo. A good little getaway with family/friends. Everything is the same as the pictures or better! Didn’t bother the host about anything other than the early check in process, which was easy to communicate with them. Fast to reply with anything you need. GREAT view from the 14th floor. Rooms were spacious and nice. Beds, bunk beds and pull out couch were comfy. Everything in this condo was great. Enjoyed the pools for the kids too. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again in the future!

Excellent choice!

Would definitely book here again!!! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and perfectly described through the pictures and the listing. The 3rd bedroom (the one with bunk beds) is small, but the kids didn't mind...and the rest of the condo was spacious, the balcony is huge! The wait for the elevators was typically only a couple of minutes...never more than 5 minutes even during peak times like checkout. The beach is great - perfect soft clean sand, shallow entry for wading into the ocean, with chair/umbrella rental right outside the condo building. The condo is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The parking was a little tight for our full size, club cab F-150 truck...but we never had a problem finding a spot to fit into.

Sunrises ... ... ... Sunsets

We really only needed one bedroom, but when I saw this condo with the awesome balcony we BOOKED it. We had a view of both the beautiful and colorful sunrises and sunsets! The inside had everything we needed for our stay. We even stayed in a few times and cooked. We felt the elevators were just fine. The location was great in that we walked to several restaurants. I loved walking the beach. Less than a mile to the Gulf Shore Fishing Pier to the East. And West was an easy walk to the public beach where I found sand sculptures from the gal that does the Sandcastle University. The only CON was the parking. The underground lot had very, very tight parking spots. Many people had to use two places for their bigger vehicles. We loved our vacation here!

Stormy week, great condo

This condo is a beautiful vacation rental. The balcony spans the living room and two bedrooms. It is a spacious place with three bedrooms, although we only used two. The rooms are a good size. We were not cramped at all. The only thing that it really needed was a new mattress in the room with the double bed. It was fairly comfortable on one side, but the other side is worn out. The condo had everything needed in the kitchen except a pot scrubber. The pans are not non-stick. We were there while Hurricane Francine was hitting Louisiana and the surf was high and currents were dangerous.. We spent a lot of time in the condo and on the balcony. I'm glad we had a place we enjoyed.
