Very bright thanks to its southern exposure, it benefits from 2 balconies and a pretty intimate terrace with table, armchairs and plancha.
Its central location will allow you to do everything on foot during your stay: train station, port and city centre are 5 minutes away and the beach 10 minutes away.
Very beautiful view, mountain and golf. Pedestrian promenade along the water's edge.
Local shops: pharmacy, food and newsagent.
Free public parking at the bottom and around the residence.
