Nice place to stay to decompress

The cabin "Manatee" was nice, close to boat dock and had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The viewing deck on the 2nd floor was the perfect place to watch the fireworks. We communicated with the owners and they always responded promptly. Goodrich's Restaurant was a short walk and food was good. Great place to see dolphins (a lot of them) and manatees. Fishing was good for the non-pro's.

Best short stay vacation ever

I will definately go back. Nice people, clean house, well appointed. Great fishing pier within walking distance. Hosts are very nice.

It was ok some issues like no oven that was working. They said use the air fryer which was very small. Also the refrigerator did not keep the food cold it was like just above room temperature. Lost some food to this. Also things that other VRBOs provide where not there. Like paper towel only half roll. Only one garbage bag.

Shrimping Weekend

Check in was difficult as the address of the property does not match the property. My friends almost went into the wrong property. Also, the listing showed a hot tub and when I contacted the owner about it she said "that's weird" we don't have a hot tub.

Lowkey Paradise

The property was exactly what we had hoped for, lowkey old Florida right on the water. Kitchen was adequately equipped for my mother and I to cook the only downside was the oven but we knew that coming in, we did most of our cooking on the gas grill and gas stove top. The view is spectacular and the covered sitting area was perfect to watch the rainstorms roll over the lagoon. Christine is an amazing hostess that helped setup a last minute charter with Capt. Matt Lee as my original was cancelled due to weather. Matt can pick you up steps from the back door. All and all, we will definitely be back with my skiff next time. There is also a wonderful country store a 60 second drive away with amazing local produce for the cheap. Overall10/10! As I said we will be back!

Did not get the place I rented

Through VRBO it was good but the host didn't give me the place I rented. She told me it had storm damage but she had rented it to someone else for a longer stay. Do not trust the owners of this property.
