This newly decorated and remodeled Sanibel home is the perfect island retreat. Located off of Wulfert Rd near the Sanctuary, this stilt home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge, screened porch. Walk into the large living room with wood floors, views of the lanai, and a flat-screen TV. The large, remodeled kitchen features stainless appliances, wood floors, an abundance of windows, and an open dining area with seating for six. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with a washer and dryer and additional storage. Relax and enjoy the views of the huge yard with tropical plantings in the expansive screened-in lanai. The en-suite master bedroom features a comfy queen bed and na ewly tiled bathroom with a shower. The first guest room has two twin beds and a large closet. The second guest room has a comfy queen and charming décor. The newly tiled guest bathroom has a new vanity and shower/tub combination.
Launch your boat into Dinkins Bayou from the community boat ramp at the end of the street. The perfect house to relax, enjoy nature, tropical sights and sounds as well as boating.
