close to everything very gracious hosts

Came here by myself 3 to four blocks from everything. Safe quiet beautiful pool No kitchen which was ok so many restaurants close and cheap I recommend highly!! I will come back Great for single person or couple Thanks again Greg and Silvia

Great location, clean and friendly

The property was like the listing. It was a great set up to enjoy the common pool and property was within 5 minute walk of Centro, ferry dock, restaurants and such. The owners/managers were very good - anticipated our questions and were available and responsive.

A Welcomed Oasis in Cozymel

Very quiet clean and comfortable. The intimate pool provided a welcomed and soothing relaxing replenishing moment. We took a quick cool dip several times a day. This was perfect for our scuba vacation. Greg is attentive and has simple and easy to follow directions about the use of the villa. We will certainly come to stingray villa again and again

Relaxing Poolside Retreat

After diving the reefs, it was great to return to this rental and relax in the pool before getting ready for dinner. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and had everything we needed. We also utilized their website numerous times. It was a great resource!

Would definitely stay again

Usually, when I write reviews, I try to provide a couple of ideas for improvement but I can’t really do that this time. The location is not in the touristy part of town but it’s an easy walk to get there. The pool is wonderful, the room is spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

A jewel!

With only 4 units in a beautifully tended setting, Stingray Villa is a jewel. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and the waterfront, it is also a perfect place to chill out and relax by the pool. The hosts Greg and Sylvia were friendly and easy to communicate with, and their blog and guidebook provided all the major info you might need as a visitor to Cozumel. We were very comfortable and will stay here again the next time we visit Cozumel!

Perfect place for relaxation and comfort

My boyfriend and i stayed here for 3 nights during our stay in Cozumel. The property is on a quiet street very close to Calle 30 which has amazing restaurants one of which is called K’ooben La that we went to four times lol. Also very close to the main downtown but far enough away that you aren’t disturbed. There are only four units in the complex so it really is very private which was super nice. The pool was refreshing and our AC in the room was excellent. Communication was seamless and easy with Greg and Silvia. Would definitely stay here when we come back to Cozumel!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at Stingray Villa. The location was close to the main square, great location. The property is clean and quite. The hosts were great. We will be going back for sure. 100% would recommend.

Amazing place!

Fantastic! The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. They have tons of information about the property and local area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great coffee, plenty of water, free WiFi, just a great location only a couple of blocks from the square. Will definitely stay again. They were wonderful and we can’t wait for our next trip!

Lovely little place!

Loved Stingray Villa. Will be staying there in the future. Great location off the beaten path and quiet. Easy walk to everything you need. The only thing missing was a microwave. We knew this going in so we bought groceries that didn't need to be heated. My guess is Greg doesn't want them in the rooms to limit liabilty from guests cooking in the rooms. Whatever his reason just know going in you'll need to plan accordingly when buying food. Literally dozens of great restaruants within 5 minutes of walking. About a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and a 15 minute walk to the ferry terminal. Greg and Silvia have created a wonderful little hide-a-way close to everything you need in Cozumel.

Our new go-to lodging in Cozumel

Silvia and Greg were great hosts and their property is well appointed and taken care of. It was nice to dangle our feet in the pool after a day of diving and the property is within walking distance to most restaurants. With just four units noise is a non-issue. The rooms are clean and modern and it was nice to enjoy coffee in our room each morning. We look forward to our next stay at Stingray Villa!

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Stingray Villa. Greg and Silvia were excellent and their accommodations were beautiful. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the villa. The location is excellent, easy parking on the road just outside and a short drive to anywhere you want to be. We would highly recommend Stingray Villa. It is an excellent overall value! Lovely property with nice little garden and small pool. Only two suites, so would be perfect for two couples travelling together. A couple more lounge chairs would add to the comfort. Wonderful hosts (read Greg's welcome email--it has lots of helpful information!). I highly recommend.

The property is clean and nicely decorated. Guests can enjoy coffee out by the pool in the warm morning sun. The hosts are accommodating and they are very knowledgeable about the island. This is where we always stay when we are on the island. Tips for other travelers Rent a car and travel around the island. The east side of the island has restaurants and some nice places to chill and watch some of the beauty that Cozumel has to offer.

A great dive vacation

Greg and Silvia are wonderful hosts. Very helpful. The site is clean and comfortable. We went to Cozumel on a dive trip - their B&B is off the beach - but set up well for an inexpensive dive trip. My son was certified by a friend of theirs who works at Papa Hog's. During our stay, the port was closed due to inclement weather (which evidently rarely happens) and we were able to use their little swimming pool to do the closed water portions.
