This lovely house is spacious with an open concept living, dinning and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite baths. Tall ceilings with A/C in each room and in the living space. The upstairs bedrooms are oversized. There is a beautiful patio around a private pool with a water feature. The master bedroom upstairs opens to a relaxing terrace. The bedroom downstairs opens to the pool area. Outdoor dining area by the pool. Just 1.5 miles to the ocean and oceanside shopping and restaurants.
Kitchen is well equipped, and the appliances have been updated.
All doors are wheelchair and walker accessible. There is a private driveway and is gated.

NOTE: entire house has a water filtration system, so no bottled water is needed.

Property Manager is happy to assist you with scheduling a taxi or renting car, Jeep, scooter or a bike. She also can schedule you in-home nursing care if needed or schedule the laundry service.

This house was the perfect place for my family. The location is great. Everything we wanted to do was an easy drive. Plenty of room for the four of us. The neighbors were friendly. There is a little store on the corner that has all the essential items you need. Lucia and her family are good people, they made us feel very welcome during our stay. Would certainly stay here again.

Our family of 4 loved this house! The location was great! The house was clean and perfectly spacious for us. The property manager, Lucia, was kind a knowledgeable. We will definitely stay here again!

House in Cozumel

Check in was simple and easy. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. House was perfect size for my family of 5. We had an amazing stay. Location of this house made it easy to get anywhere quickly and we felt safe.

Great house

Quite neighborhood! A few difficulties figuring out taxi service but manager responded with a helpful message. The house had plenty of room for our group. Nice pool to relax in. Our only issue was finding a taxi back to the airport. Plan ahead. Not sure if we will get charged extra for our delay leaving while trying to find taxi. We would return

Lovely Spacious Home

We had a fantastic stay here! The pictures in the listing doesn't do the property justice. Tall ceilings, big rooms each with their own bathroom and a/c, lovely little pool, and a well-equipped kitchen. The house suited our needs perfectly. Although the house isn't exactly walking distance to everything, it was very easy to call taxi and inexpensive to get anywhere we wanted. Our rental car for one day to explore the island was dropped right at the door, and since most dive boats don't depart out of the Central area anyway, it would have been a $5 taxi ride to the marina in either case. I would definitely recommend this property for an extended stay in a quieter neighborhood.

Absolute heaven

I can’t say enough about our “home” for the last week! A week is a long time, so aside from the activities we did away, we also enjoyed an entire day at “home”. We cooked, swam, played games and watched movies. For the days we went out I filled a water bottle up with the lovely filtered water and ice and took it to go. 5 grown adults fit comfortably and all had our own space and bathrooms! The best feature is Lucy! My friends have decided we’re all best friends now. She was quick to respond, always lovely and one of the best parts of our trip! Thank you thank you!

Living with the locals

My family and I really loved our stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the AC and all appliances worked well. We enjoyed all the decor. It was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Also, having the whole house water filter was great! Loved the pool! We spent most of our evenings sitting by or in the pool and having a drink or two. Lucy was super nice and willing to help with anything. The thing we liked the most about our stay here was the neighborhood. We were looking for something away from the touristy spots and this was definitely it! It's a quiet, mostly residential area. We met some neighbors who were super friendly(brush up on your Spanish). A few blocks away is a main street with some stores and restaurants, and of course an OXXO. We tried a few of the restaurants and they were all really good and really friendly. So in a nutshell, if you are looking to be close to touristy restaurants and shops, you should probably look elsewhere. If, like us, you are looking for a less touristy experience on the island, this is absolutely the place to be!

Schöne amerikanische Wohnung inmitten im Wohngebiet vom San Miguel

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, etwa 2 km vom Meer und vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sie besitzt eine typische amerikanische Einrichtung mit Pool und grosser Terrasse. Die Hausverwalterin Lucia wohnt mit ihrer Familie direkt neben dem Mietobjekt. Sie ist eine sehr herzliche Frau, spricht sehr gut Englisch und steht für alle Auskünfte jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung selbst trägt das Motto "Flamingo", die überall auf Bildern etc. zu sehen sind. Sie hat alles, was man braucht, ausser eine Waschmaschine. Wenn das Kleiderwaschen notwendig ist, befindet sich etwa 700 m von der Wohnung entfernt ein Laundromat. Die Wäsche kann auch durch Lucia erledigt werden. Wer mit ortsansässigen Menschen zusammenleben möchte, ist die Wohnung genau das Richtige. Wir haben hier eine herrliche Zeit verbracht.

I'm a retired mother of 3 and grandmother of 7. Until 2019 I had my lake home on Air BnB and VRBO and was 5-star super/premier host for 3 years. In early 2020, I sold my lake home. Now I would like to share my Cozumel home on with you. While I am not on the Island when the house is rented, the property manager is right next door and will help you with your various needs during your stay.

The house has a water filter system, so all water in the house is potable.
All doorways are wheelchair and walker accessible.
This property is in a very peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors are lovely. It is located near the ocean, shopping and restaurants. The private pool is lovely with a water effect. Poolside has a dining table and chairs. Most of the time there is a lovely breeze for outdoor dining. The eco park is a 15-minute car ride away as well as other public beaches. The upstairs terrace is very relaxing with as lounge chairs.
