As a group of 4 adults and 1 teenager we thought the rental was good. Close to lots of things and the 2 pools were great. The 1 bike had a flat tire and we started to run low on TP. The stairs were refinished in an odd way such that they are not flat so stepping up and down was not comfortable. Since we were only there for a few days it was fine.

The hosts were great, super accomidating. Excellent communication. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the lagoon. Spent a lot of time reading and enjoying the day. Beds were super comfortable. Enjoyed walking to the point. Close to great restaurants! 100% would recommend this townhouse.

Unfortunately we had an ant/fly infestation in the main bedroom on the first night which although the owners immediately attended and tried to resolve the matter tainted our stay. The owners were very nice and helpful. We decided to sleep on the ground floor in the smaller bedroom which had no windows or natural light. Each day we checked the room and a small number of ants/flies still managed to get in. We never got to the bottom of how they were getting into the bedroom. When we walked in on the first day to inspect the property it was everything we had hoped for. We didn't leave any windows open as we went out and never opened another window or patio door after the infestation. Also there was an awful pungent smell from the Atlantic Ocean side due to the sargassum.

Great stay!

Great place to stay in Key Largo! We came down to do some scuba diving and this place was close by to both where we were diving and great restaurants. Check in was smooth, everything was clean, and communication was quick. The lagoon out back is awesome! Would definitely stay here again!
