This place felt like home. It had everything in it that we needed. We never had to leave. It was clean with a pool and everyone had their own bathrooms. The host was amazing. I would definitely come back to this place next time I’m in Florida.

Clean property and pool area. Only complaint is that the house is right up against an industrial area with a car repair facility. It was quite noisy. Great place to have our grand dog visit while we stayed here.

Great property convenient to downtown. We really enjoyed the outside seating area under the palapa as well as the dining table outside by the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped and the house was spacious for two couples.

The interior of the house needs a good cleaning, dusty, sticky. Not many utensils in kitchen.AC was not blowing in some of the rooms, however homeowner said they would correct. The house is next door to a tow truck company. Truck noise all day/night.The pool is great! The tiki hut w tv was great!

For context, the air conditioning system is new 2026. Following this guest’s checkout, I had the HVAC contractor inspect the system, and they confirmed it was operating exactly as intended. I also stand behind the cleanliness of the home. My cleaner is exceptionally thorough and has consistently received positive feedback from previous guests. Ironically, this guest showed up 2 hours before check in and rushed the cleaning process, AND left the property in an extremely poor condition, requiring extensive cleanup/repairs after departure. Regarding the kitchen, I make every effort to provide a well-stocked space with the utensils and cookware guests need during their stay, as reflected in many previous reviews. While the occasional item does go missing over time, it was particularly ironic to find numerous broken drinking glasses left in the recycling bin after this guest checked out. I encourage future guests to read the many positive reviews from those who have stayed with us. We take pride in maintaining the home to a high standard and responding promptly whenever any concerns arise.

Thank you for the feedback. For clarification to future guests the bottom of a few fence panels were approximately 5” above the ground, it has since been adjusted so small dogs can’t escape. :)

Very Cute House

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. House was clean. We had all of the kitchenware to make lasagna which was nice. Did not use it, but the pool looked nice. Close drive to the beach or Mizner area.

Great cozy house!

My husband and I traveled to Boca for my bodybuilding competition weekend. The house was very clean and the AC was top notch (It was in the 90s our entire trip). The location was just minutes from anything you could want including the super cute Mizner park. The hosts were very communicate and helpful before, during and even after our trip. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great cozy house for a trip to boca!

Very nice house with pool

Stayed with family for 3 nights while passing through Boca Raton. House was clean and equipped with all the amenities you could ever need. Pool was very nice and taken care of by a pool technician. Nice fenced yard. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms and showers. Not too far from beaches and stores. Thank you Jesse!

Very comfortable with a lovely pool

We were celebrating my Birthday and going to favorite restaurants. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked for occasional meals. We all watched the Yankees in the family room. We all enjoyed the sun and pool, except my dog. He enjoyed the fenced yard.

Fun Boca getaway

We were down for a long weekend checking out FAU and the surrounding area. The house was perfect! The location was easy to get to and in a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and yard. We didn’t end up grilling, but maybe next time! It was so nice to have the big open kitchen and living area, and 3 bathrooms with our 3 children along (ages 10-18) were an added bonus. The host emailed instructions ahead of time and texted the day of to make sure we had the information and didn’t have questions. We will definitely book here again.

Friends winter getaway

This house was perfect for our group. The house is exactly as describes. The pool was fantastic. Everything was very clean. The beds are all comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. House has just enough decor. Not over done. Lots of towel for bathrooms, kitchen and even for the pool. Loved the outdoor space. Close to grocery and many things. Owner was really quick to reply and checked to be sure everything was to our liking. Highly recommend.
