This cozy and high-quality furnished holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the holiday house settlement Neßmersiel.
It has an area of ​​about 72m² and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Die Zimmer waren alle sauber und ordentlich. Alles war sehr schön und gemütlich ausgestattet. Einen eigenen Parkplatz gab es direkt vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeber, sowie die Hausverwaltung waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar wenn es was gab.

Schönes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Reichhaltige Auswahl an Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.Supermarkt und Spielplätze zu Fuß zu erreichen.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Kinder können bedenkenlos außen spielen.Wir würden wieder kommen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung, insbesondere unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß mit dem vorhandenen Lego. Wir hatten ein Handtuchpaket und Bettwäsche gebucht. Berechnen wurden 22 Euro pro Person. In der Beschreibung steht 14 Euro, daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen.

Schönes Ferienhaus für die 5 köpfige Familie

Hallo, unser Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war toll. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir haben uns schnell zurechtgefunden. Bei der Ankunft war alles sauber und ordentlich. Vom Objekt kann man gut zu Fuß zum Spielplatz, Supermarkt und zum Deich spazieren. Der Strand von Neßmersiel ist zu Fuß 30 Minuten entfernt. Für unsere Kleinen war es ein langer Fußmarsch. Nach Norden/Norddeich ging es schnell mit dem Auto. Wir hätten gerne den Bollerwagen benutzt, leider war ein Reifen kaputt. Dafür waren das Laufrad und das Puky Wutsch top und wurden gerne gefahren. Spielsachen für unseren Jungen hätten wir uns sparen können, da eine sehr große Lego Kiste vor Ort ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder in das Ferienhaus.

Enttäuschend

1. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bemüht, alles Defekte zu reparieren. 2. Haus war ein „Raucherhaus“, das war nicht angegeben. Hätte das in der Beschreibung gestanden, hätte ich dieses Haus nicht gebucht. 3. Eine Grundreinigung ist dringend erforderlich. 4. Die Küche musste seinerzeit als Haupt-Rauch-Raum genutzt worden sein. 5. Im Haus war es sehr kalt, Heizung war für 1,5 Tage defekt. Wir kamen mit einer Erkältung wieder heim. 6. Der Fernseher war ebenfalls defekt. 7. Auch eine Reinigung der Sofakissen und der Decke wäre nötig. 7. Spielzeug war da (Lego), allerdings dreckig und klebrig. Insgesamt war ich sehr enttäuscht, so ein verschmutztes und verrauchtes Haus hatte ich noch nie.

Vollkommen zufrieden

Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Konnten echt viel zu Hause lassen was auch eh nicht mehr ins Auto gepasst hätte. Würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern (2&0) vor Ort. Reibungsloser Ablauf vor der Reise und sehr nette Dame in der Hausverwaltung.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit vielen netten Details

Dat Osterhuus ist sehr schön. Wir waren zu viert (Eltern, 2 und 5 Jähriger) für 10 Tage dort. Gerade für die Kids gibts schon viel im Haus an Spielen, Spielsachen, Fuhrpark, Bollerwagen, Sandkasten,... Werde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Danke!

Familienurlaub

Ich bin mit drei Enkelkindern angereist, und wir haben für uns das perfekte Haus angetroffen: gemütlich und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Alle Alltagshelfer in Küche und Haushalt waren vorhanden, sodass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, gute Nahversorgung. Alles sehr sauber und leicht zu ordnen. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!

Anreise und Check In liefen problemlos. Auch das elektronische Türschloss funktionierte einwandfrei. Alles was in der Anzeige genannt war, ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Einkaufen um die Ecke und der Weg zum Strand ist mit Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß problemlos machbar.

Super Ausstattung

Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir für einen schönen Familienurlaub brauchen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Vermieter und die Verwaltung sehr freundlich. Der Bäcker und ein kleiner Edeka-Markt sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso ein Spielplatz. Am Strand ist ein sehr schöner Spielplatz, die anderen Badeorte im Umkreis sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Es ist alles da um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben

Wir haben uns im Osterhuus sehr wohl gefühlt, von Spielsachen über Grill und Waschmaschine: es ist alles vorhanden. Besonders der Bollerwagen und Lenkdrachen waren für unsere Kinder das Highlight. So kam uns der Weg zum Strand gar nicht lang vor. Für Ausflüge ist es nach Norddeich oder auch Esens nicht weit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Woche!

Cozy and Nice

Nice house with a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is downstairs and a little inconvenient during the night-time. During our January-February stay, the nearby shops, restaurants and facilities were all closed, but they would be convenient during more normal times. Altogether, a very nice and well maintained house.

Jederzeit wieder

Es war sehr schön, haben uns gleich heimisch gefühlt. Ein bisschen mehr. Ein bisschen verwirrend war die Straßensperre und keiner konnte uns weiterhelfen. Den Dreh hatten wir dann aber schnell raus. Online-kontakt war immer schnell und nett und ein paar Kleinigkeiten wären wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr nette Unterkunft!

Das Häuschen ist sehr gut Ausgestattet. Familie mit Kindern braucht nichts an Spielsachen mitzunehmen da vieles Vorhanden ist. Fahrräder, Roller, Fahrradsitz sind Vorhanden. Zum Strand kann man sehr gut laufen oder Fahrrad fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es vor Ort auch. Einem perfekten Urlaub steht nichts im Wege!
