This Updated condo is on the 4th floor of the Aqua Villa condominium, which contains only 24 units on four floors and includes an elevator. The renovation of the exterior of the building and replacement of elevator is complete. This updated condo has been tastefully decorated.
We've got the sand, the vistas, and everything you'll need to enjoy your beach days; all you need to bring is yourself!

-Pet fee is $200 and any damage by pet will be additional charge - Smoking is not permitted and don't move furniture - Parties/events r not permitted
-Please close/lock all windows & doors, please make sure to turn off the lights when you leave the House. Wash the dishes and Place them as they were.
