Palm Valley CC, Palm Desert, CA Book Now Coachella Weekend #1, #2, Stagecoach

Thank you for continuing to be a wonderful renter. I appreciate you feeling so comfortable in my home.

Hi Anthony and Aimee, Thank you again for staying at my home and finding it perfect for your stay. It was definitely noticed that you took such great care of my home. That is so appreciated along with you taking the time to write a 5 star review. And yes, the view from my patio is truly unbelievable and relaxing. Glad your enjoyed my rose garden and cookies. I hope you got the chance to make that recipe! I look forward to hosting you, your friends and acquaintances in the future. Maybe for the Firebirds, ice hockey event or music venue at Acrisure Arena, 4 miles from my home.

I am certainly glad my home was to you also, "A Slice of Heaven on Earth!" It was such a pleasure getting to know you and working with you. You are right about the Jacuzzis. Since there are 46 pools/Jacuzzis in the complex, not all are heated in the summer - May 1-Nov 1. I will add that to my property description. I am certainly glad you and your husband were able to get away for your anniversary and you used Palm Valley Country Club Babysitting Service located in the Clubhouse. It is nice to know that your 4 year old loved it. Thanks for the information. It will be nice to pass that information on to other inquiries. I look forward to working with you in the future. Sincerely, thank you again for your detailed review.

Tom and I are so blessed to have you as renters. We cherish knowing you. So nice to be able to catch up with your lives at our meeting for lunch. Thank you for all your superb efforts in cleaning and taking care of my home. So appreciative of you.

Thank you very much Oliver. It was very easy to work with you. I am so appreciative of your respect to my neighbors. They didn't even know you were there and they are right across the same walkway. I was so nice to meet you and I am glad you had a great stay with your guests. I appreciate you and your guests taking care of my home In Palm Desert close to concert grounds and close to Palm Springs.

This truly is a "Slice of Heaven on Earth" as many know. Thank you for your review. I try very hard to make it comfortable for my guests in many ways. When you are on vacation, you are on vacation. I provide turnkey supplies you do not need to worry about. Looking forward to your next stay.

Thank you for a great review. It is a home that is very relaxing and so perfect for many. I look forward to you enjoying my home again.

Thank you so much for your positive review. I take an extra effort care in making my home comfortable and ready for guests. Glad you noticed that. It is so appreciated. You addressed everything in your review that is important to me to make my guests feel special. Looking forward for your next stay. It is a "Peace of Heaven on Earth" Again THANK YOU.

Thank you for a great review. It is very appreciated. My home is a wonderful peaceful place with a great view and close to a pool. I work hard to make my renters feel comfortable with their stay. I supply little things that one might have forgotten and information on local restaurants and things to do in the desert. The Palm Springs Street Fair is always a nice stroll to see local artists at work. I look forward to working with you on your next visit.

Thank you Taylor. I appreciate your positive review. You were very easy to work with and you took great care of my home. Looking forward to accommodating your next stay in Palm Desert!

Dayna, I am so glad you could again enjoy my home and I think this is the first time with your husband as the other 2 or 3 times were with Christian Ministries Retreats with all women. It is always a pleasure to share my home with you. I too am glad there is a pool across from my driveway as that is so convenient in the summer heat. Looking forward to working with you again, sincerely, Pamela

Thank you Michael not only for a wonderful review but for taking such great care of my home. I am certainly glad you enjoyed your stay. I try to make everything so easy for my guests. It was such a pleasure to work with you also. Warm Regards, Pamela

I am so pleased with being able to share my home with such a wonderful couple. I loved that we were able to meet for lunch to get to know each other better personally, other than just thru emails or phone calls. Looking forward to your March 2016 stay and hope we can get together again. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my home. The location is a "Slice of Heaven on Earth"!

I am so blessed to have the greatest renters. Thank you so much for your kind words about my home and our communications. I appreciate you taking such great care of my home and getting to know you better. This is truly "A Slice of Heaven on Earth" and I am pleased to share it with you and your husband!

Thank you Linda for all your kind words. I remember you recommended a massage therapist at the Spa in the Clubhouse, and for those who are interested, that business card is still on the counter basket with other information for renters. Thank you for booking with me again today. It is very appreciated.

Thank you so much for your positive review. I work hard to make it so easy for travelers. I appreciated your comments.

I appreciate you renting my home however, I have never had a negative comment about my home or my landlord responsibilities and am surprised you posted a review 7 months after your stay. With the chair, you asked me to put it outside my home which I did as you were going to be in LA, to pick it up. I did and I told you, if you didn't pick it up the next day, I was donating it to Goodwill, which I did and sent you the donation sheet. Garbage has to be placed in containers, not on the street. Cleaning is regular cleaning, not 14 loads of wash and excessive other cleaning due to children whom I never even knew were going to be there. Because it took us over 18 hours to clean the home, my next rental that was coming in that day was postponed to the next day. Thankfully, it was a family member that understood. I always communicate with my renters and make their stay special.

Thank you for renting my home again. I love to have repeat renters as it lets me know the hard work I put into the home is noticeable. I am so glad you enjoy the lake view. The waterfalls make it special too. Your review is genuinely appreciated.

Thank you Jerry. I appreciate you renting my home several times and sharing your thoughts about my home and personal service. I look forward to having you rent my home again.

Thank you Denise. I try to make it most comfortable for my guests. I'm glad you had a great time!

Thank you Becky and Dave. Your positive comments about my home are so appreciated. I work hard to make this a wonderful getaway for my renters. Thanks for noticing the cleanliness of my home as I believe also this is most important when renting a property. I look forward to working with you again.

Thank you Jo-Anne and I am happy that you enjoyed my home and its location in Palm Valley Country Club. I try hard to help my renters with great places nearby to visit. I appreciate all your positive comments about me. Thanks again for renting my home.
