The two-storied holiday house MATINA 1 is immersed between old and dense olive groves and is approx. 1km outside the charming city Kyparissia. The well-maintained residence with two apartments is in a quiet and idyllic location and close to the sea and the wonderful Farmaka beach. The holiday house is on a large, well-kept property with pine trees and many Mediterranean plants and flowers.
The practically furnished holiday apartment MATINA 2 is on the first floor of the house and has a wonderful sea view.
The house was built in 1975 and the bathroom was completely renovated in 2016. From the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to a large, roofed circumferential terrace. Heart of the holiday apartment is the beautiful terrace with daybed and several seating options. Here you can enjoy the fantastic sea view and stunning sunsets. The kitchen is adjoining to the living room. A small hall leads to the bedrooms and the shared bath. The BBQ area in the garden is for the shared use of guests in both holiday apartments.
The wonderful sandy bay Farmaka is in only 150m walking distance and can be reached via a flat path and some steps.
This small holiday apartment is perfect for you if you intend to spend your holiday close to sea and nature, in a quiet and well-maintained surrounding. The charming Kyparissia with the idyllic small port, the beautiful beach bars and the historic quarter above the city makes a nice change to the quiet location of your holiday domicile.
