Peaceful remote house in Kyparissia

Isolate yourself from crowds and noise in a big spacious house with four bedrooms. The house is cleaned by professionals following new guidance. A big plot with direct access to the sea provides plenty of space for your holidays.

You can leave the house wearing only your bathing suit and just cross the road to get to beach, from this spacious, serene cottage at the outskirts of charming Kyparissia.

The space

With a vineyard at the front and an olive grove in the back, this traditional two-level cottage stands tall behind the promise of relaxing vacations, close to nature, ideal for families and/or couples. It offers seclusion, despite its proximity to the active center of a colorful city (3’ by car). It gives you a true feeling of the Greek countryside, notwithstanding its easy access by plane (60 km from Kalamata airport) or by road (a 2,5-hour drive from the Greek capital).

The front entrance is approached through a wide patio overlooking the estate and the calm beach in front of it. Constructed in the west direction, this area is ideal for enjoying a hearty Greek breakfast; the breathtaking sunset; or the starlit darkness of the night sky.

Sliding doors connect the patio to the living room and the adjoining dining hall, which are adorned by marble floors and a big fire place. Air-conditioning ascertains a pleasant stay even during the hottest summer days. Inside you can find a TV with a DVD player and a laptop with wireless Internet connection. The dining table, seating 6 people, can be replaced by a ping pong table that is available in the premises, which ensures hours of limitless fun for children and adults alike.

The next room is a sizable kitchen that is fully equipped with the necessary utensils, as well with as a dishwasher and a microwave over. A second patio overlooks the olive trees at the back yard and is ideal for having an afternoon coffee or tea. Two hammocks can be placed there, together with a barbecue.

Both on the ground and on the first floor, one can find two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is hot running water at the bathrooms, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Each bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub.

Sleeping arrangements go as follows:
First floor bedroom #1: 1 double bed
First floor bedroom #2: 2 single beds
Ground floor bedroom #1: 1 double bed
Ground floor bedroom #2: 2 single beds
Living room: 1 sofa bed, fitting one couple.

The view to the sea is spectacular from the two west-facing bedrooms. At the east-facing ones, the light breeze coming from the mountains also guarantees a peaceful and pleasant sleep. Linens are provided to all guests.
