Charming duplex facing the Nivelle River, 300m from the town centre and the beach. It comprises a living room/kitchen with a south-facing terrace and a WC. Upstairs, in an air-conditioned area, are two adjoining bedrooms (the second bedroom is accessed through the first). The bathroom is separate, and there is also a yoga area. Under the eaves, there is a space for reading or a nap. Located in a quiet area close to shops, it was completely renovated in 2026.

Très bel appartement duplex. Bien situé au bord de la Nivelle. Jean-Philippe est très accueillant et rapide quand nous avons eu besoin d'aide. Merci beaucoup nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréables
