The two story 250 square meters Villa is the perfect choice for a big family or a group of friends who are looking to spend peaceful holidays at a place that combines the stunning panoramic view of Chania with astonishing sunsets as well as close proximity to the city center along with magnificent beaches surrounding the area. Make your stay a memory to cherish.
The space
Blue Sea Chania Villa is built on two floors with a beautiful sea view in a calm area on one of the most beautiful suburbs of the city.
Listed below are all the amenities that our establishment offers:
Car parking by the villa.
A fully equipped kitchen.
Washing and dishwashing machine.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
Four bathrooms with shower cabins.
Five bedrooms with cable television.
Two extra beds for children up to the age of 14 years old.
At the northwest point, there is a sea view balcony with table and chairs. On the south side of the villa, there is a swimming pool with sun beds and a parasol. There is also a game room that includes table football, a billiard as well as a gas barbecue on the balcony.

The center of Chania is situated 3 kilometers away.
Only 7 kilometers away from the villa you can visit one of the famous sandy beaches of Chania, Kalathas.
10 to 15 kilometers away you can also find some others famous beaches such as Tersanas, Stavros, Marathi, Loutraki and Seitan Limani.
Pink sandy beaches of Elafonisi, tropical lagoons of Gramvousa and Falasarna are also not far away.
