Very clean and well kept apartment

Nice apartment, close to fairgrounds ad perfect for a family or group. This apartment was very clean and had all the amenities. Quiet location, close to a lot of good places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, owner easy to wrk with!

Super convenient location and all essentials were provided with the apartment. Questions were answered quickly and owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable

Clean, good communication. Needs some minor maintenance, but overall very comfortable. Nice laundry facilities. Great patio and private backyard.

Good location for what we wanted to do. Clean. Lacked a few amenities I was expecting. Was not aware it was a smart TV. Had to have my kids help me with their fire stick. Big room furniture needs to be updated. Sofa to saggy and no chair with arms to help older people get up. My grandchildren loved the enclosed yard. Had great games of cornhole.
