Cvisit to lake george

It was a wonderful house . We visited during a unusual hot week , not complaining cant predict weather . Only one window ac unit in whole house every room had fans but if it was my property i would put ceiling fans in upstairs rooms , just my 2 cents a very nice house thank you spent most of week upstairs due to some family members were not able to travel to vacation with Us

Great place for a stay. Close to everything you’d want to do in Lake George. Quiet and peaceful pro.

House was clean. The stairs going in need swept and we’re full of cob webs. But there was a broom. Unavoidable I suppose this time of year. Is a great home away from home.

It’s the little things

Overall it was nice. We very much enjoyed the area and cabin was nice not great. Downstairs bathroom was locked so had to go upstairs to use bathroom. Windows or doors in main area were filmy. Drains in master bathroom sink didn’t have plug pull had to access it under sink every time. Bathtub in main bathroom tub plug didn’t work so couldn’t hold water when I wanted to give baths to my younguns. Booking it I had forgotten about one family member n called owner immediately after to notify him n if there was a charge. No charge but never updated my reservation. Booking was done in March. Later on in June my daughter n grandson decided they wanted to stay with us. Booking limit was 10 we we’re still under limit but when I called to inquire had to pay an extra $100 which I did. Fridge had dead bugs in it but rules said we had to wipe it out before we left. Obviously they hadn’t checked this property before it was rented again from previous renters

I will look into the tub situation, yes the windows upstairs are old, because of the odd shape of the windows there are impossible to replace I am looking into how to go about this… I have a cleaning lady come in after every stay no matter how long or short.. I will inform her about this..if I remember correctly when was contacted that 1 more person was gonna stay 1 night. So I did not change the reservation as a courtesy, then it changed it to multiple ppl staying for multiple night. In the booking process and after booking it says any extra ppl after booking is 20 per person per night the nightly pice is based off of how may ppl per night .. you would be amazed how may people are not honest about that…

Perfect location

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the late Oct weekend. The house was perfect as was the host. The location is spot on for the village, outlets and easy acc as to 87 for anything you want. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay in Lake George

We had a great time staying here. The house was nice, great setup for a large group. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to everything but secluded so it's quiet at night. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Quiet place but super close to lake

I loved the house was really close to the main town and shopping near the lake but still secluded and private. Would stay here again!
