-Location-
Our Cabin is approximately 15 minutes to Shepard Park Lake George. approx 12 mins to the Great Escape Lodge Six Flags. 10 minutes to Premium outlet stores. Approx 45 mins to Gore Mountain. Approx 1 hour to Albany international airport. Approx 20 mins to West Mountain Ski.

-Cabin Layout-
Enter two steps up through a covered porch into an open concept living area featuring the living room with smart tv, recessed lighting, leather sectional, and electric fireplace. A mini split system with separate remote for temperature control.
-Kitchen-
We offer a fully equip kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, oven, and vented hood. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, cutting boards,plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware. Everything you need for everyday cooking. Also included is a Bosch dishwasher, double stainless sink, as well as a dish drying rack. You will also find BBQ tools as well! Next to the kitchen there is a full size pantry cabinet for extra storage. There is a door in the kitchen that leads out to a deck with the propane BBQ grill and seating.
-Dining-
There is a dining table that seats at least Six people. Four chairs and one bench seat. The dining area is located outside the kitchen area overlooking the living room space.

-Bathroom-
Includes a shower over tub with pull down sprayer. Towels are provided and stored on shelves. There is a ventilation fan, it will turn on automatically if you forget! Our cabin also features a heater in the bathroom to warm up after your shower!
-Primary Bedroom-
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor off the living area. There is a double door closet with clothes hangers, as well as a laundry basket and extra blankets. A queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, mattress protector,and pillows. Two nights stands with lights that dim, and have USB to charge your cell phone bedside. An overhead light on a switch for reading, and ceiling fan with remote. There are hooks on the wall for hanging a bathrobe and/or towel. A mini split system for heating and cooling(a remote is provided for temperature control)You will find two dressers, and a smart TV that pulls away from the wall for better bed viewing.
-The "Flex room"-
Located off the dining area, provides a cozy hunting cabin vibe. You will find a sofa, smart tv, games, books,recessed lighting, and original french doors for privacy.
-The "bunk room"-
Just off the flex room. There is a mini split system with remote for temperature control. A dresser, twin sized bunk bed with memory foam mattresses , and clothes hanging. Hangers, laundry basket, and extra blankets provided. note: there is no door on this room however the " flex room" provides privacy with lockable French doors.
-The "Laundry Room/office"-
A couple of steps down from the dining/kitchen area is the mud room. There you will find a door leading out to the yard/fire pit. Under the window looking out to the yard is a desk for remote work with a 32" screen monitor, wireless keyboard, mouse, and camera for virtual meetings . A large capacity top load washer and dryer, with a broom/vacuum cabinet. Barn wood on the wall with hooks for hanging, and boot trays for the winter!
-The"Camp Room"-
Off the living room there are tiny stairs leading up to this themed loft Camp room. Note: We do not advise small unsupervised children in this room. In this room there are two single beds with night stands, two dressers, mini split cooling and heating with remote for temperature control, and a smart TV. A laundry basket is provided, as well as pillows and extra blankets. There is one large window overlooking the yard.

-Outdoors-
Enjoy the fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, and deck with seating and grill w/side burner. The front porch is covered with a two person bench. We are in the woods so there will be mosquitos\bugs. It is relatively quiet despite the few cars that pass on the road or small planes flying overhead heading to Floyd Bennett's memorial airport.
-Driveway-
According to Warren County we can only allow one car per bedroom(3)at any given time. We have a large graveled circular driveway perfect for those who would like to bring their trailers.
Guests have the use of the home, deck and yard. Please respect our neighbors’ properties and confine activities to ours. The garage however is off limits to guests.
IMPORTANT: You will be asked for your email at the time of booking in which a lease agreement with a list of town/house rules will be sent to sign and send back to the owner.
Late checkouts are not permitted without host approval. The cleaning crew has a set schedule, any unauthorized late checkout(anytime after 10am) will incur a $50 fee.
We do not rent to a primary guest under the age of 25. You may be asked for age verification. We may also request names, ages, as well as car make and model.
There are NO extra guests or visitors allowed without prior permission from the host. This rule is NON NEGOTIABLE. We reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the reservation without a refund if this rule is broken.
*Please understand some things are out of our control such as power/Internet outages or appliance failure etc. We will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Guests will not be compensated for inconveniences*
We ask that you use our home and all the amenities responsibly. Please pick up after yourselves and have our home in the same condition as it was found. Any additional cleaning beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest at a rate determined by the cleaning crew.
Service Animal Policy
We do not allow pets in this property. In compliance with the ADA and New York State law, we gladly welcome service animals.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times, as required by law.

If left unattended, service animals must not cause disturbances such as barking or damage to the property.

Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning caused by their service animal.

Please note: Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.
***ANY VIOLATION OF THE HOUSE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION WITHOUT A REFUND***
