Great place to stay

Our stay at this property was beyond exceptional. The check-in process was a breeze and our host was available anytime of the day or night, if needed. This property was beautiful, clean, and equipped for a large group. The location was perfect. We weren’t too far from the strip and other surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend booking this property.

A NW Vegas property

The home was in a newer area of NW Vegas tucked away on a cul de sac. Quite area except for one of the neighbors barking dogs. Thee house clean and well worth the money.

First, the house is falsely listed as “brand new”. It was built in 1993. It was obviously flipped as a rental quickly as it is not well appointed. We rented this house for a month and left it better equipped then when we arrived. We have rented through VRBO several times and usually find kitchens well equipped. This house, for example, had 16 coffee cups, 8 dinner plates, 3 butter knives, and cookware that is rusted, loose handles, etc. upon arrival I found dirty dishes and pans in the cupboards. I had to wash almost everything before use. The dishwasher runs but never gets dishes clean. On a good note, the management staff was quick to respond and followed through with their promise to reimburse us for items we purchased for the house to make it functional. One thing about the hot tub. It gets hot, then cools off, then gets hot, then cool. Probably due to the age. The property provided trash and recycling bins. We are diligent recyclers and carefully put our refuse in the appropriate bins. When “the crew” came to put the bins at the curb, they combined the trash with the recycling, which was a huge disappointment. Regarding the use of the garage. There is no access code or remote to enter, so we had to go through the front door, go to the garage, and open it. Then to depart, one of us had to close it after the car was backed out, then hurry to clear the safety beam before the door shut. Very inconvenient when an external keypad would have been so easy.

Did the trick for the most part

just finished our Vegas stay and were, for the most part, satisfied. It’s located further from the strip than advertised. Most anytime we wanted to go to the strip it took JUST shy of 30 minutes which made the airport a 30 minute drive, as accurately advertised. We were really looking forward to the hot tub. To get it warming you have to text or call 30 minutes or an hour in advance which wasn’t super convenient and it would only go as high as 100° which is decently warm but not necessarily hot. The pool is surprisingly small but we didn’t plan on swimming. We did have enough comfortable beds for everyone in our group which was wonderful! The house was quite clean, even though it was rather old. It’s located in a rather rundown neighborhood/part of town but we didn’t ever feel unsafe. The host was usually very responsive, but not as helpful sometimes as we would’ve preferred. For instance, when the barbecue didn’t ignite because the ignition switch was broken, she sent me some instructions on how grills work, which I was already really well aware of, didn’t help. We were unable to locate the iron so she texted me a couple different times asking me to look in the cupboards and closets, which, of course we had already done, probably all five of us had done it more than once. We ended up getting our clothes damp and running them in the dryer and hanging them up after which did the trick! but something like an iron would be good to have. Overall, happy vibes
