Everything about this stay was beyond perfect and truly exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early due to a flight change — such a thoughtful gesture! The home had everything we needed and more, beautifully maintained and fully stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and absolutely lovely. Plus, the location was super convenient — close to everywhere we wanted to go. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything went as planned, REALLY appreciated the cleanliness and amenities. Great location for our needs....didnt need/want the "strip noise/traffic". If ever back in the area we will look for availability here first.

Perfect place for our U2 Sphere weekend!

This home was the perfect fit for the 6 of us (3 couples) while visiting Las Vegas to see U2. We really enjoyed the bedroom layout and especially the hot tub! Raoul was very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this home!

Great House

We have been celebrating the holidays in Vegas for the past few years as we have family living here. This house was great for us to gather and spend quality time together. We love to cook and the kitchen and layout was important and did not disappoint. And the Christmas tree that was there was a great touch. Would definitely rent this house again.

Best rental ever

Everything was amazing from the time we pulled up to the house especially the location it was literally 5 mins from the airport and like 10 from the strip. First the neighborhood was very nice as well as the upkeep of the house inside and out. Second the house was super clean, smelt great, and was equipped with everything we needed from towels, cooking utensils, down to trash bags. Third the house was very cozy, spacious, and looked exactly like the pictures. Fourth and the best of all the host was great very accommodating and pleasant I will definitely be renting this property again when I'm in the Las Vegas area.

I went to Riverside county to see my dad for Father's Day weekend. Needed a place. I felt like the hotels were all a little too expensive for my budget, but I found this great little tiny house. Very reasonably priced and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean. Also in a gated area so I felt safe where my parking was. It was very nice for the money. I would definitely go again The only downside and it's really not a downside was the driveway was a little difficult to find. At first it's a very narrow and small driveway, but if you just drive slow you will find it thanks to my host appreciated it

Amazing family vacation spot!

We vacationed with our adult children and their significant others for 5 nights after spending a few days in Zion National Park. Raoul’s home was perfect! It was comfortable, the two living spaces allowed us to spread out. We grilled out and cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub as great. Very nice to be able to do laundry as well. The location to the strip allowed us to visit easily without even having to hop on the expressway. Only a 10-15 min drive. Great Walmart neighborhood grocery store with a quick drive. Raoul was very responsive and professional. We would highly recommend!
