THE SKINNY:

This 2 bedroom cabin is situated directly on the intracoastal, a short drive to Hammock Beach!

Amazing morning sun is available in gobs on our new dock - pretty incredible!

The dock is complete with seating, fishing poles, night lighting and a kayak ramp (kayak provided)!

Enjoy the afternoon on the deck lounging or dining or cooking for your entire group on the propane grill. Fishing poles are at the ready for your use.

Our shed full of recreational activities, accessible with signed release waiver, houses stand up paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, yoga mats, snorkel gear.

Inside, our comfy living room is set up with chess, a real wood burning fire place and bar cabinet with everything you need to serve drinks (liquor not included). Enjoy your coffee from our Nespresso machine in the shade or a drink in the sun!

Enhance your stay by gaining access to our fully stocked Activity Shed, which includes Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUPs), bikes, beach gear, yoga mats, and more to help you make the most of your time here. To ensure we are prepared for your arrival, please let us know in writing if you would like to use the Activity Shed at least 48 hours before check-in. A signed waiver is required for your safety and to acknowledge your understanding of the activities. If you have any questions or need further information, feel free to reach out. THE PROXIMITY: A short drive to the beach, the Hammock Beach community, groceries, restaurants and even attractions like Marineland, downtown St. Augustine.



THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 in 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen sofa bed which doubles as the living room couch. The kitchen is equipped to service 6+ people and cook together for a great night in! The TV in the living room is Smart and so are the bedrooms TVs so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. You can access Live TV with channels via the TV main menu.



AMENITIES: Dock with kayak and ramp, deck with wood burning fire pit (guests must bring their own firewood), lounge seating, covered dining and summer kitchen with propane grill. Multiple fishing poles (guests must bring their own bait). Activity shed with SUPs, bikes, beach, yoga and snorkeling gear. Chess, games, indoor fireplace (guests must provide their own firewood), plentiful seating areas. We offer a Nespresso machine and drip coffee maker. Laundry machines are off of the kitchen. Some starter coffee supplies as well as regular household supplies are provided. Linens and towels are included!



THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 2/2 layout:

MASTER BEDROOM: 1 King bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

2ND BEDROOM: 1 Queen bed.

Guest bathroom with shower/tub combo is in hallway.



OPEN LIVING STYLE: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags for your first couple of days.



PARKING: There is a large driveway and open carport if you prefer covered parking. Plenty of room for boat and jet ski trailers!



LAUNDRY: We offer a laundry room with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.



HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 35 minute ride north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here on our beautiful First Coast. This home is situated 5 minutes from the closest beach access! You can also drive north to one of the public beach accesses on St. Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach to park and walk on.



TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.



SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Guests must provide their own wood for fire pit and fireplace.



Neighbors are in close proximity. There are no events or gatherings allowed. No outdoor noise or loud music (indoors or outdoors) after 9pm per county ordinance.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.



Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



Guests must be 21 or older to book.



NOISE LEVELS: We ask you to be considerate by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per Flagler County ordinance, no outdoor noise is allowed past 9pm.



LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
