About this property
Cozy Lakefront Camp with Private Dock - Maranacook Lake, ME
**7 night minimum stay July & August months**
Our family has loved this camp for more than 20 years, so it’s a little hard to share—but we’re excited to welcome guests and hope you love it as much as we do! It’s a cozy mix of rustic charm and modern comforts—the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy some time away.
Sunbathe, fish, or swim right from your own private dock on beautiful Maranacook Lake! Enjoy complimentary use of our canoes and kayaks to get out on the water and explore at your own pace. And if you absolutely must keep tabs on work (boo!), we’ve got free Wi-Fi too!
The partially screened-in deck is a great spot to sit and take in the lake views, whether you’re having a meal at the picnic table, relaxing with a book, or just enjoying the breeze. The loons put on quite a show around sunset, and the bass fishing right off the dock or out on the lake is fantastic. Come unplug, enjoy the water, and make yourself at home!

We enjoyed exploring the area and the lake. Cottage was as advertised and the lake incredibly peaceful. Location on the lake is also great for canoeing and kayaking. We would absolutely stay here again.
Secluded and scenic lake front location…simple accommodations and spectacular views…enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, afternoon kayaking for hours and evening fires in the wood stove.
A special little place on Maranacook lake. The sound of the loons was amazing! The property was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host, Brooke, was a pleasure. She communicated well and responded quickly! We would definitely rent again!
This camp is simple and has what you need to have a comfortable stay. Located right on the lake waterfront makes this camp the place to be during sunrise and sunset. WIFI was good, outdoor grill on back deck and table to enjoy the views while eating. Kitchen had everything we needed and shower had plenty of hot water. Brooke was a good host and was easy to communicate with. It was a pleasant stay for the 7 days we were there.
This quaint little cottage was just the right fit for me and my husband. Million dollar view of the lake. Quiet. Easy to find. Exceptionally cozy. It was a place you could truly relax in. Owner was easy to connect with at all times.
Love the location to everything we was looking for. Access to the lake was great to paddle the canoe around with my wife and dogs. Close to the Maine Cabin Masters and The Woodshed. We even was lucky enough the see Ashley wife of Ryan and sister to Chase. Everyone in Maine has been so gracious to us. It will be hard to leave Maine for sure.

So happy to hear you and your wife had a wonderful trip! Maine is a beautiful place to visit in late summer/early Fall.
Take care,
Brooke & Justin
It was beautiful. You would need to rent a boat or take your own. Fishing off the dock wasn't good with any bait. The walk to the dock was very steep. But as for the cabin we loved it. To sit on the porch with coffee in the morning. Evening watching the sun go down spectacular.
