Welcome to our little piece of Paradise, where memories await! We supplied everything, so not to worry. Just bring your luggage and unwind! This Island is beautiful with white beaches, lush landscapes and wildlife! The views are amazing from any room! Daily boats, paddlers and kayakers set out for the day on the Bay or the Gulf via (Midnight Pass Inlet). Take a 7-10 minute kayak ride or 2 minute boat ride to the pass. Dine in the best restaurants with beautiful views, especially across the street from the condo. Watch sunrises from the front of the condo and sunsets from the back. Also, for the fisherman and boater, there is a Marina across the street with live bait, boat rentals, etc. Enjoy shopping in Siesta Village via free Trolly, bike, or car in 15 min from the condo, Enjoy homemade ice cream, local farmers market, or a stroll in downtown Sarasota, You’ll find many different types of local and designer shops, coffee shops, and specialty shops. There is something for everyone or any age!

Perfect!

Renting with Maria was wonderful. The condo was in great condition and had just about everything we could have needed. The back porch was great to sit on in the evenings and it was a super short walk to Turtle Beach where we found lots of shells or a short drive to Siesta where the sand is soft and cool. Communication with Maria was great and the beach accessories in the shed were very handy! I would recommend staying in Maria’s condo to anyone that doesn’t mind a short walk to the beach. It was a perfect stay.

Retirement celebration

Maria‘s place had everything you could ask for we spent a majority of our time in the screened in lanai, which was very comfortable and has a terrific view. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding.It was a short walk to the beach. You have a choice of three restaurants within a five minute walk. We went to Turtles on the bay terrific meal, sidewalks for walking and a very comfortable and safe area. When we weren’t at Maria’s house, we were exploring all of the beaches in the area which are extraordinary. Thanks Maria!
