Super cool neighborhood, Kroger is right across the street, street parking was actually easy to find didn’t have an issue. The bathroom was nice and well kept with lots of towels, washer and dryer in the kitchen was much needed for me. Cooked a couple meals on the stove, hung out in the screened in porch area the entire time, wish I had more time to explore the city was a quick two day stay, will stay again.

Perfect location and it’s in a mansion!!! The screen porch for enjoying the rain and the garden! Kroger on the block and the DOT stop is just a couple of blocks too! So quiet and oh, bring your bath salts! Nice big bath tub! That was probably my favorite.

Beautiful, historic building within 2 blocks of Forsyth Park. Far enough away from the high tourist areas to be nice and quiet but close enough for it to be an easy walk to those areas. Also, super comfy beds and a lovely outside area!

It was such a perfect getaway for a girls trip. We thought the apartment was so cute. It was a gorgeous part of town very close to the Kroger, which was a plus. The neighborhood was beautiful. We really enjoyed reading in the outdoor area.

Everything was just quite nice. Parking was perfect, which is a VERY good thing in Savannah. In better (warmer) weather, the porch and yard would have been delightful. Did get to sit on the porch for a bit one of the days and it was delightful.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Convenient Stay

Just me and a friend stayed here, but it would be perfect for up to 4 people. The house the unit is in was gorgeous, and the screened in porch was perfect for relaxing. Parking was easy and grocery right next door. Would stay here again!

This was a great location with street parking and walking distance to parks, grocery and eateries. The host was very accommodating and the apartment was clean, quiet and unique. We truly experienced Savannah the way it’s supposed to be experienced, and will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and was conveniently located with a grocery store across the street. The host should give better instructions on how to use the outside door lock though. It does not work the same as the inside door lock as was stated in the arrival instructions.

Parking was easy. Not within walking distance of downtown. It was advertised as a 10 min. Walk. It was more like 45. Not good for seniors in their 70's.House was worn. Needs updating. Beds were comfortable. Would not recommend or stay there again.

The map pin is shown. We don’t promise how many minutes it will take to walk because everyone is different. This is located on the southern end of the Hisroric District less than 1 mile to the furthest perimeter of the Historic District. This is a house from the 1800s. Not worn but historic.
