5 friends stayed two nights. We loved the place — very clean, the space was more than adequate and the property manager was immediately responsive and saw to the one issue (loose toilet handle which hindered flushing) right away. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience!Would definitely recommend!

House was clean, comfortable and pleasant. Great location-- all the events we attended during a wedding weekend were within a seven-minute drive. With the one bedroom and loft with two queen beds, it was perfect for us and our two twenty-something-year old children. It was so nice to have a living room to hang out in between events-- much better than staying in two rooms in a hotel. Debbie, our host, was lovely to work with. Town was very sweet-- would love to go back and would stay in same house.

Great stay!

The house was great and the upstairs room was bigger than expected! Wish it was slightly closer to town, but definitely doable.

Thank you Alexis for the wonderful review. Many people do not know that unfortunately in 2015, the village of Skaneateles zoned all short term rentals out and made it a rule that you can only stay at a hotel or B&B. Sadly, we had many walkable rentals located in the commercial downtown district that we had to sell. This property is one of the closest properties located in the township that is walkable.

The carriage house was incredibly clean, with room to spare. The interior of the house itself exceeded our expectations, with ample towels and all needed accessories in the kitchen. The patio and fire pit were disappointing, uncomfortable chairs with no cushions and a fire pit surrounded by uneven and mossy stones placed haphazardly. We needed to use towels to sit out on the deck, and unfortunately, no fire. I didn't agree about an accessible walk to town with the 55 mile an hour speed in front of the rental and no sidewalk, a bit too risky for me with the heavy volume of truck traffic. Again, the interior was lovely and tastefully decorated. We had a nice, short vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding area. There were absolutely no issues with communication, perfect.
