Great house in great location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The gondola was so convenient and made it easy for everyone to come and go from the base of the mountain when they wanted. This house was everything advertised and more. We will stay here again.

Ski vacation

This property is perfect for medium to large groups. There are spaces for kids to hang out and for parents to relax. Easy walk to the gondola to go to the mountain and shopping. Highly recommend for families.

Great property, amazing location!

House was perfectly located! Quiet neighborhood with a private shuttle and only a short walk to the lower gondola. Inside, everything was fresh, clean and beautiful. The kids area alone made the property worth it. Will definitely stay again!

Family Ski Trip

We had a great time. This was a great place to stay with a great location for skiing. We never had to worry about parking at the slopes. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Great home and great location

An incredibly nice home, and excellent location. The Wildhorse gondola is a short walk away, which takes you right to the resort. The hot tub on the roof was very popular with our group. Not having to drive the whole weekend was very nice!

A perfect family ski vacation

The house was a perfect setting for our big family’s ski vacation in Steamboat Springs. Just a short walk to the gondola that brings you directly to the mountain. The house is large, beautiful, well appointed and included a long family dining table where we ate and talked for hours.

Fantastic house close to everything

Beautiful new house. Great access to community pool/hot tubs in addition to having private hot tub on property. Wonderful kitchen and walk-out deck with grill/seating. Comfortable walk to base area.

Beautiful family friendly home

We enjoyed every minuet. The property is beautiful, modern, centrally located and spacious. It was clean and well stocked. The beds are super comfy. The hot tub was a perfect addition on the roof. We would highly recommend staying at this location.

Amazing ski place!

Our large group (4 families, kids ages 5-15) all had an amazing time at this house. The house was comfortable and spacious. Access to the mountain via gondola was quick and convenient. This was our first time in Steamboat and we hope to return. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for any group booking a ski vacation.

Wonderful Holiday Getaway

We had a very good experience staying in this beautiful home with our extended family. We loved the proximity to the pool and pickle ball courts and the house was in excellent condition with all of the amenities we needed. The hosts were especially kind and accommodating as well. This is a very family friendly property with a large gathering area and outdoor space with special touches such as a welcoming scavenger hunt, an air hockey table, and a video console. It is very close to the base of the mountain and access to the gondola.

plenty of space for family to spread out

A fun house to stay in for all 11 of the members of my family. the kitchen was large enough with seating at the bar.. the large louver type window that opened on to the bar on the deck was especially nice. The rec room in the basement had fun games for the kids to play as well as the adults. The children's area under the stairs is adorable. The hot tub on the fourth level was delightful.

Ski Trip with the whole family!

We stayed with a large family group of skiers/snowboarders but also 6 non-skiers. The hot tub was great. Wild Horse Gondola was great for people to start/stop skiing on their schedule. Opens at 7:30 AM which was great for the people in my group that wanted the first gondola. The kitchen was fantastic. Cooked all dinners in the house. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the massage chair. Highly recommend!

Fall Break Vaca

We had lots of fun. The house had ample space, bedrooms and entertainment area. The development had a great pool, hot tube and game room facility. Lot's to do for all of us. Loved the location in the city. Easy access to restaurants, grocery, shopping stores. Hot tub, air hockey, ping pong, and a castle made everyone happy. Management was excellent and helpful.

Fabulous for multiple families!

Location is great! Easy access to skiing via the neighborhood gondola. The best kept secret is the Vacasa shuttle- if you don’t know about it, ask! Kitchen/ living was perfect for evening entertainment for 3 families, 11 people. The game room downstairs entertained the kids and the 3 levels offered a nice sound barrier ;-) The hosts/ owners offered quick response to questions. We will be back!!
