We fell in love with this home. It is so well laid out, and has every amenity you can imagine. Room upstairs and downstairs to spread out. Game room, covered balconies, views of the lake, gulf and pool. We are already all in for next year. Great Home.

There is plenty of room for everyone to rest comfortably and the kitchens on both floors were nice to have for all the guests. The property was clean and plenty of towels and washers and dryers to keep your essentials clean. We used the kitchen every day and enjoyed the table to eat as a family. This home is close to the beach and access and was easy to get to and enjoy your day at the beach.

Me and my wife rented this big house just for the two of us and we had plenty of room. House was clean, stocked with all the easentails, close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We had an amazing time relaxing in and around the pool (which is in need now of some cleaning and repair). At night we would sit on the back deck or down at the lagoon dock and listen to the crickets and frogs. We will look at staying here again in the future.

We had 2 separate families, the house was perfect. We each had our own space and could get together as needed. Location is great! Having the pool and the small lake area was perfect!! We could leave the beach and hang out at the pool or the guys could fish.

Family Spring Break

This was a perfect house for the 11 of us. The adults Could stay upstairs with a full kitchen and the kids could play downstairs which had another kitchen that we kept snacks and drinks in. They loved the dock below the pool and tried fishing off of it all week. The walk to the beach was easy with easy walkover entry. The house was clean, beds and pillows comfy. We had a great time!

Husband's 50th birthday party

The property was beautiful. The pool wasn't clean around the top sides and the bottom of the pool. The pool guy came out but still missed those two things. The lagoon was soothing. The only real discomfort was having cameras pointed directly at the pool and the 2 decks while we ladies were in our bathing suites. Other than that, the property is very well maintained.

A trip to remember!

This cute little house had so much more to offer than what you see when you pull up. The house was very spacious and it gave my party space to fellowship all together and also space to have private time as individuals. The view from the top back deck was amazing over looking the lake, very peaceful. We had only a short drive to the beach, but I preferred the private pool that was on my demand. The team at Warren were very responsive, professional and courteous to any and all of my questions as we were preparing for our trip. This was our 1st time visiting Panama City Beach. It didn’t disappoint! We would definitely consider them again!

Family spring break

The property is nice for the most part. Everything was pretty clean except the floors. Several items were not working during our stay. I would recommend a fence at the back of the property all the way in front of the lake or any possible way to get in the lake, especially if young children are going to be allowed. It’s a liability thing. That being said, it was a lot of space needed for our family and we enjoyed our vacation. Overall a very nice home and close to the beach.

The floors have since been professionally sanded and refinished and look amazing. The sand on hardwoods tend to wear them over time. Some guests love that worn, weathered look, but the owners wanted to make these look gleaming and new. Love this house, and the access to the lake is one of the things guests love. The entire pool area is fenced, and the lake is open for fishing.

Beautiful but minimal outdoor privacy

I’ll start by saying the house itself is beautiful and was the perfect size. The walk to the beach was a breeze as well and the beach was never super crowded! We did think it was odd that they had a ring camera at the front door as well as on both balconies, when there were already ADT cameras for security. Also, a guy showed up without any notice or even knocking to let us know he was coming to cut the grass and then the same thing happened with the pool cleaning guys the next day. I can understand maintenance is necessary but a quick message would be courteous. The microwave downstairs also does not heat up and the AC kept cutting off. That was a little disheartening after paying almost $1,000 a night for 7 days. I would also recommend curtains in the rooms upstairs just in case your guests are not super early morning people and want the option to block out daylight. Overall though we did have a great time and the pool was perfect! I am not posting this review to be mean but informative, to help improve the future guest’s stay.

Thanks for staying. This fantastic home is new to both the owner and our rental program and there are no monitored cameras on site. The homeowners contract with independent pool and landscaping companies and there is no way our company can notify 180 properties with every service call. This is a normal and acceptable way of doing business. The lawn care company mows the front yard, then the back yard, they are not unannounced. We responded to your AC call and your group had turned the AC off. We set it to cool, and to auto and it has worked fine since. No other AC complaints from any guest.

Fantastic

This house was amazing the size and space was more then enough our large group. We had 12 people we love the outdoor space , the house was spotless and Warren Beach rentals was fantastic in their response to any message we sent. My family enjoyed the neighborhood and our walks to the beach. I definitely recommend this place for a larger group or big family. This is our new favorite Beach home!

We have been using Warren Beach Rentals for years and this house is my new favorite! So close to the beach, and sits in a very quiet area, close to the beach and was not ever crowded. The house was spotless, and everyone had their own space. The kids even had "dueling iron chef" night and prepared dinners in each of the 2 kitchens and had a contest.. too fun. Loved this house and so glad to work with the team at WBR. Mitch and his staff NEVER disappoint.

What a find..

We had booked another home through another agency and they called the day before to say the house had been sold. Warren Beach Rentals was referred to me and they were exceptional. Found this home for our group and it wound up being the best thing that could have happened. Blue Lagoon was low key and awesome. everyone had plenty of room and the place was comfortable, clean, and in a very secure and safe area. We loved the privacy in the back yard and actually brought our small Frenchie that loved the place. We could not have been more pleased. Blessed to have run across Kara From Warren Beach Rentals.

Loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful and we LOVED LOVED LOVED the outdoor living spaces. Lots of room for the kids and no one was in each others way. House was exceptionally clean, and the beds were comfortable. This house was a great option for our family and we had a wonderful time. Blue Lagoon

We arrived to the Blue Lagoon to find the floors dirty, one bedroom was not cleaned with dirty bedding still on the bed. The pool was dirty and had 2 dead frogs in it, so we barely used it due to not being able to skim the top of the water since no skimmer was available. Thepool was loosing water causing us to place the hose into it & fill. One of the beds in the lower level had a broken bed which was never fixed while we were there. It had no indoor dining which wasn’t a big deal except eating outdoors was a challenge with mosquitoes. The ceiling fans were caked with dirt. This place has great possibilities and I would consider renting it again, just wish it would have been cleaner
