The LUX Boat House is available for weekly rentals in the Summer and nightly rentals during fall, winter and spring months.

LUX Boat House will include:

- Full size kitchen with all the essentials
- Open floor concept living/dining area
- Wi-Fi
- 2 Large flat screen TV's
- 2 Decks overlooking the canal/Cove


MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN. ABSOLUTELY NO GROUPS ALLOWED. RING CAMERAS ARE ON SITE (OUTSIDE) TO ENSURE RULES ARE FOLLOWED.

Restful Retreat

A beautiful property with all the amenities. We were in town for my parents’ 60th anniversary. This was a perfect place for my family to rest in between planned events. The property has a very modern and luxurious interior. Double decker porches overlooking National Lake provide a peaceful location for coffee in the morning or a glass of chilled wine in the evening. My teenagers appreciated the fast WiFi! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect rental in Sylvan Beach!!

This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream shops..restaurants..the amusement park and the beach!!!! We walked everywhere. The neighbors were great. We got to check out Mike's cool boat and they were always friendly! Chris..the host was extremely accommodating and made sure we were having the best experience. I will be staying here again..definitely my go to place!!❤️

This property is a bit different than my "wooded retreats", however the experience that this place can provide is one that we support whole heartedly. The LUX Boat House provides a great opportunity to be in the heart of Sylvan Beach with direct access to the water! This Lake community is not just a popular summer destination, it also offers some of the best winter activities in New York State. Ice fishing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing are just outside your door! Our favorite time of year is fall. The foliage can be seen from some of the most beautiful drives in the northeast. Drive north to the Adirondack Mountains and you will see the most beautiful landscapes imaginable. The LUX Boat house is also centrally located to world class casinos, concert venues, Ski Resorts, the finger lakes wine country, and the city of Syracuse.
