We had a large group celebrating a birthday!! There were plenty of sleeping space! The living room and kitchen accommodated us all perfectly!! It was great having the coffee and creamer there too - no need to do an early morning coffee run.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was not a good one. The home was advertised as accommodating 12 adults, but in our experience, it was not spacious enough to comfortably sleep and accommodate 12 adults.There were also several issues during our stay. The stove took an unusually long time to cook food, which was difficult when preparing meals for a large group. The air conditioning upstairs was also very poor, making that area uncomfortable.The entry code did not work properly, which made getting in and out of the house difficult and frustrating. Cleanliness was another concern, as the condition of the home was not up to my expectations.Overall, there were too many issues with the property for us to have an enjoyable stay. I hope the host addresses these concerns for future guests, particularly the sleeping capacity, air conditioning, entry system, cooking appliances, and cleanliness.

This house was wonderful! Had plenty of room for our group, great photos walls and fun top floor balcony! Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze. Only thing I would say is that it was a 15 min drive to Broadway, but Ubers were really accessible and quick to our location. Would stay again!

Fun family getaway.

We stayed here for 3 nights with my two small children and both sets of grandparents. The place was so well maintained and nicely outfitted with some essential baby gear. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in, and great family memories were made on the roof balcony with the gas fire pit. This place was fantastic and Mike was a great host. Highly recommend!
